Decent value for money but service was a bit slow

It was all good until the table behind us got extremely rowdy, prompting us to leave sooner than we would like to...

First visit. Enjoy and the servicing is generous for the price. Reasonable price. Will visit again

Second visit. Enjoy the food. Service is good. Enjoy the bbq and side dishes.

Excellent service. The meat are well marinated. However find that the menu has limited selection of the food.

Waited more than 15mins before the food came. If you are in a rush of time, it can be quite challenging.

Restaurant knew we had a party of 16 and reserved a private function room for us which was greatly appreciated. Overall was a pretty good experience.

Having dinner with my ex colleagues, not met for several years, thot it will be quiet enough for a good meal and small chats, I guess there are some group of Korean guys and they must be enjoying themselves with the food and liquor, and were very loud in their conversation. Anyway, other than this, the food is excellent and the small build Vietnamese waitress was superb with her service, Will come back again, and hope it will not be that noisy.

Hyang-to-gol revamped their menu pretty recently. The lack of photos on the new menu seems to faze some (repeat) diners juding from the conversations of the huge group who was behind my table. The side dishes are good as always. Prompt refilling of tea. Service might be a tad slow if there is a large group. The spicy cold noodles are good, so refreshing in this hot weather.

Good services, fast and the food is good. Pork belly was very good.

Firstly, the elderly lady waitress dropped the pancake sauce and spilled everywhere. She never bother to replace the sauce after cleaning up the table. Secondly, we asked for third serving of vege for the bbq meat because each serving of vege only enough for 3. She told us only one serving for each meat course ordered!! What is this! 250g meat with only 5 pathetic pcs of vege!!?? We will never go back again!!

Liked their pork collar meat. Food serving size is food.

Tendon soup flavourful with sweetness from the dates. Braised beef short rib goes well with rice. The side dishes were good as always.

Only in the very first time, they served side dishes for each person. After that time, we had to share those side dishes. I've been here 4/5 times already. Today, I saw many N/A signs in ordering food. The rest things are good. Thank you.

Service was bad because they were short-handed. Requested for same stuff multiple times and it didn’t came. Some food took super long to come, probably forgotten so we reminded them a few times. Some staff was friendly but some ignored us because they were busy, pretended not to see us. Food is ok.

Service was bad and food quality drop tremendously. Is no longer authentic. The server just throw the meal on your table. Will not be recommending if you are going with your customers.

Everything is great, not expensive, taste is alright. And there's dessert.

Yummy seafood tofu soup. However the prawns were not as fresh as before.

Had the gimbap. Gimbap is good! And the side dishes are good as always. Service is prompt.

The restaurant is so noisy and crowded. I was literally shouting when I need to talk. The service staff are so blur. We asked for refill of side dishes they are so unwilling and slow. They cooked our meat almost charred. It seems like a very busy night with too many part time seniors who don’t really know their job.

Food was generally yummy though stew and spicy pork were not as spicy and more on the sweet side. Portion was big for spicy pancake and love the variety of side dishes available, especially the spicy squid tentacles. Overall a good experience!

Food was good service wasn’t very good but waiting time was ok

been there few time during lunch hour. and always have our all time favorite hot pot, we will order the rice to mix with the remaining soup by the staff, which we all feel very delicious also. but so disappointed for the first time we have dinner for friend birthday celebration, the staff mention the hot pot dont have, as the chef not in. The food we order not as nice as the hot pot we always have.

Servers can probably be interactive like the person who welcome us cum cashier on duty that day.

This restaurant has been here for 13 years and serves up authentic Korean dishes. Service is attentive. We had the ginseng chicken soup which was very flavorful. The banchan comes in a lot of variety.

Very authentic Great service, great quality of food . Price is on the high side but is worthy .

When we arrived there, they said it’s fully booked. And they said there are no space for us. But I actually show this App and complained about it, they made the space for us. And there are lots of korean tourist...I was a bit disappointed but food and prices are good.

Food quality was fetting bad, especially Jokbal. Dishing washing was so bad because some bowls has stains. In paticular, there was a cockroach on the wall. So bad. Plus, ventilation system was bad.

Been there many years ago and I must say the service and the food is still awesome. Nothing disappointing and everything deserves a praise. Will go back often.

Always reliable korean food. Had the galbi jjim (stewed beef short ribs) and cold noodles. Galbi jjim was a mix of sweet (from the dates I would think) and savoury. Meat was tender and well flavoured. Cold noodles were refreshing and good as always. Service can be a little slow at peak times. Cant blame them though when the restuarant is so full on a friday night!
