Hai Di Lao never disappointing! Had a good dinner there. Service staff is attentive and good service as usual.
Hard to go wrong with HDl. Foods are good and awesome
Was long queue and have to wait very long time
There was a short of staff and many of our requests were made very slowly. May not be a good choice to visit here during peak hours as the outlet itself is very packed and busy
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Awesome service. Thumbs up
Good atmosphere. Family gathering. Our best regular gathering same place
Nice and good food. Best for family gathering. Our favorite place
Very good food and service will come bk again again again
very quick service and quiet on Sunday evening! come here instead!
Very bad experience dining in hadilao, I think hadilao’s boss owes staff bonuses, pay, and allowances. All staff black faces and fierce tones, lose appetite when dining there.
Great service, very attentive staff. Food is up to standard.
Al good, location good walk and near to chinatown in walking distance
very excellent service as always, food quality is awesome too!
A great place to gathering with friends. Good service and friendly staff
hdl food is great as usual, no doubts about the standard of food. service however is not the best if you compare with other hdl outlets. long waiting time expected!
As always , Hai di lao will have rather good service. The staff here prepared cake for my cousin as a surprise. And they serve whatever you need.
My friends and I always enjoy ourselves at Hai Di Lao.
It is good but the service not great. Even we booked it advance, we had to wait a long time to go in.
Awesome service by staff on NYE! My mum was happy :)
Lovely as always, my hubs and myself are happy, thanks!
Good shiok tasty will come again. more crowded and messier than other outlets but staff are friendly and helpful still
Service was abit overwhelmed but the food is great as usual. Not many ppl when I visited. If nearer to mrt would be better
food was decent, however the service was a bit lacking though
Not too long queue with good service. Love the tomato soup. Quick fix to a bad day hehe
Located at second floor. Not very near mrt. Otherwise food is good. No need to queue
Haidilao Clarke Quay provided us a very comfortable environment and friendly service
Haidilao Clarke Quay provided us a very nice environment and friendly service.
Service is great as usual. Love the food and the sauces that we can diy
Great service as always! Will be back for more soon!
not bad, only the service very slow. and the soup wrong serve
More choices of time selection for RSVP compared to restaurant itself directly.
Good service as always! The food is fresh with good variety!
The request was well prepared. Great place to dine in!
Great food, prompt service and good varieties. Will go back.
The pickle soup very sour and the prawn paste has too much starch inside
Many thank you for your great food and service! :):)
No queue and was brought immediately to the table. Was great
a great steamboat place to go to. always have great service but just that you got to wait due to its popularity
Very thick and tasty soup. New dish fried fish very nice too!
Even though we made a reservation for a confirmed time, we were still made to wait as they were unable to vacate existing tables. However, this was rectified and we were given a private room after bringing the waiting time (about 20+ mins since our booking) up with the manager. Service went very smoothly after the initial hiccup, and we enjoyed our time. This outlet, however, seems to have a smaller spread than other outlets. There was no congee and also didn’t have the Szechuan powder at the condiments station.
