The buffet closed at 6pm. No queue if booked in advance. There is a limited option of food. Not sure if it’s due to buffet our food service is very slow. Took half an hour to get our soup base to com. Another15mins for the food. Also only one waiter nearby.

Food is always fresh. Customer service is great. And of course, their Japanese-style toilet is always my fave at this branch 😅

We booked 8 person and call to that branch, they able to give us 2 separate tables. Their staff very friendly and nice. Especially the staff who do the manicure for us who name 邓宝燕。she very careful to help us to do the manicure and make it full nail. Love it. Thank you. And 清爱very friendly too and she serve well. Gave us snacks and gift. Thanks! The washroom at this branch is like Japan style very clean.

Coming here for buffet. They updated their menu. The shrimp paste is not limited now. More options of snacks. They don’t treat us differently though we choose buffet. The service is also fast and attentive.

Very good service! Was given a free hotpot soup base as the spicy soup was too oily for me. Ingredients were fresh as well, especially the beef slices.

Visited here multiple times. Night scene was so nice. Recommend seats next to the river. Not so many ppl. Service is always good.

Visit there for celebrating CNY. But there are so many ppl, serving is quite slow. Queue is also long though got reservations. Food was ok but the quality somehow not good as regular days. But luckily cny air is very strong
