Haidilao Clarke Quay provided us a very nice environment and friendly service.

Even though we made a reservation for a confirmed time, we were still made to wait as they were unable to vacate existing tables. However, this was rectified and we were given a private room after bringing the waiting time (about 20+ mins since our booking) up with the manager. Service went very smoothly after the initial hiccup, and we enjoyed our time. This outlet, however, seems to have a smaller spread than other outlets. There was no congee and also didn’t have the Szechuan powder at the condiments station.

As usual, very good service and friendly staff, will go again
