We were slightly late but they still held the tables for us and were very nice about it. Staffs were also very on the ball and friendly, this outlet surely deserves a shout out for their superb service!

Food wise is just enough for two person. Environment conducive and service good. if condiment is not chargeable, then it will be fantastic.

the bugis HDL has a set menu that's so worth it. it only cost $69 but this is only available for weekdays

I made an online reservation which indicated as confirmed reservation and not priority queue, but when arrived at restaurant, was told that there’s system error and there was no available table for us. Ended up waiting for 1.5hrs to get a table despite advance reservation made.

I love haidilao! The Bugis outlet has excellent service as usual. Near mrt and very spacious. Convenient place and the food is great :)
