short waiting time. restaurant was really noisy. music was loud. food took awhile to serve.

Visit with my friends again, just as previous visiting. Luckily, it is not crowd.

Visit for a colleague's birthday party! they gave us a free birthday cake which is unexpectedly nice!!!! Though only two staff were singing the song, the air is still quite good. We enjoyed the dessert buffet again! hope this can be launched in other outlets as well

Emmm some of the staff were really indifferent that you have to remind them multiple times so that they would replace the dishes or clean the table or top up the soup base. Food was OK. The dessert buffet was quite nice!!!!

Surprising limited menu (maybe cos we went to JB HDL recently), and there’s also unexpected extra charges for unordered condiments, and a decline in service standards, marked by staff leaving without announcement (they used to inform who’s taking over their table). Our experience fell short of expectations.

Staffs could have been more pro active when seeing that we needed help. Dessert station were left with a pathetic amount of variety when we arrived. Hand made noodle performance lasted for less than a minute. Was there to celebrate our daughter's birthday and requested for the staffs to sing her a birthday song but there was only 1 staff singing while the music was being played but I saw other at least 2 or 3 staffs singing a birthday song for another guest at the other table. Rather disappointed....
