Good place to have a birthday celebration and the service is the best in sg

Surprising limited menu (maybe cos we went to JB HDL recently), and there’s also unexpected extra charges for unordered condiments, and a decline in service standards, marked by staff leaving without announcement (they used to inform who’s taking over their table). Our experience fell short of expectations.

Will come back again at Bugis+ outlet for some celebration in future

Staffs could have been more pro active when seeing that we needed help. Dessert station were left with a pathetic amount of variety when we arrived. Hand made noodle performance lasted for less than a minute. Was there to celebrate our daughter's birthday and requested for the staffs to sing her a birthday song but there was only 1 staff singing while the music was being played but I saw other at least 2 or 3 staffs singing a birthday song for another guest at the other table. Rather disappointed....

Very pleasant experience. Was given a waiting number upon arrival at the restaurant, didn’t had to wait too long before it is our turn on a weekday afternoon. Pleasant surprise that Bugis+ HDL outlet has a dessert free flow bar!
