Food not as good as before and service is very very slow as believed due to shortage of staff due to Convid .

Fanrastic environment and service! Pizza anx the truffle mushroom soup are always superb! But still prefer the 5 course meal instead of the special 8 course.

Love the truffle angel hair pasta, consistent quality when I dined there on 2 different occasions. The truffle ramen doesn't have much truffle taste so it wasn't to our liking. Bread with truffle sauce, truffle yuzu pomelo ice plant salad and radish salad with ice plant are our must order items. We didn't like the appetizer as it's just jelly. The single plum sauce tomato in the appetizer is the saving grace. For drinks we like sweet potato latte and lychee rose drink with a full stalk of rosemary leaves. Very disappointed with the peach osmanthus drink.

Truffle pizza was impressive but Cheng Tng is way too sweet. Hope this can be improved as I will return.

We love the mushroom "eel" and gyoza in the Christmas special but the cold noodles is just average, comparatively less exciting. For the normal menu, our favourites are truffle bread, truffle angel hair and watermelon radish with ice plant. Definitely will return for these! Having tried both the outlet at both PLQ and Great World, I prefer Elemen Classic more for the food. Service wise, PLQ has some staffs who are friendlier but overall but outlets provide good service. Food serving time is well paced and we did not have to wait long for our next dish.

Very friendly and hospitable, unfortunately, they seemed a bit short staffed and hence a little forgetful. It's not their fault they don't have it, I was hoping to have soba noodle soup.
