His experience in Michelin star restaurants – Pollen Street Social, for one – shines through here at Cure, and you’ll certainly sense that in the delicious European cuisine he creates.

Cure comes from the Latin word curare, which essentially means to care for something or someone, and at this Keong Saik Road restaurant, you’ll get the attention you deserve, and so will your food. Favourites from Cure’s seasonal ever-changing menu of European-inspired dishes include barbecue mackerel with whipped cod roe, potato, dill and cucumber, their 72 hour beef short rib with burnt onion puree and hazelnut, and their Silver Hill Farm duck breast, confit leg, sour endive and parsnip. An excellent way to get to know the food at Cure is to stop by the Tanjong Pagar restaurant on Friday and Saturday for their seasonal tasting menu which includes five courses and an optional wine pairing.
