I had a birthday celebration with my friend here. The cafe is quiet and has a calm and pleasant atmosphere. It was really nice spending a relaxing afternoon having our meal here and catching up with one another in this quiet space. All the staff who served us were professional, polite and well-mannered. They knew the menu very well and were able tell the allium-free dishes readily. I will definitely be back here again.

Food was ok, service could be improved. Overall an average experience for an higher than average price point

The place is nice and cosy. The colonial decorations are uniquely interesting reflecting the periods in history. The burger is hard to manage and risotto is not worth its value.

Love the ambience and the library setting. A dream come true to be surrounded by books while having dinner We ordered the 1) CaviArt for appetizer - every Caviar bowl was super delicious! 2) Cold Soba noodle - bliss on a hot day 3) Phad Thai with fried tofu - Sweet endings 4) Avocado on toast - Very flavorful. HAPPY BELLY!!

Over priced. Avocado too hard but still charged for it. Hummus not great. Cheese platter was great, but disappointed with salads and cakes very overpriced and not good. Honestly very disappointed with my Mother’s Day experience.

Named as the best plant based cafe but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the name. The food was disappointing. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, the service was slow. The staff was also not very attentive, you literally have to walk in front of them to get their attention for anything. Additionally, we weren’t informed that the caviar didn’t have the wasabi flavor we were hoping to try, and the dish was served. Overall, I’d rate this experience 0/5. Both the food and service were below expectations, and I won’t be returning.

Visit was pleasant. There was a hold up after the hotel's breakfast buffet which the waiter informed us when we arrived near noon. So we waited for awhile for our food to be served

I waited for an hour for my meal while I watched my friend eat hers. Very underwhelmed by the service. We ordered desert and had to ask 3 times when this was going to be served. When we mentioned our disappointment to the wait staff they were lovely and said that the resturant kitchen was busy due to the hotel being full. They mentioned that we should leave a review.

Was informed restaurant was fully booked. Made a reservation online shortly after with availability. Was declined a seating with my online reservation. Was seated only after negotiating. During my dining period of an hour, observed a table being seated and restaurant was largely empty when I left.

Great place to chill and hang out. The place is so beautifully furnished, it felt like we were overseas, holidaying. Food was fantastic, service was impeccable. Price on the higher side but definitely visiting there again very soon.

Lovely setting. Soft furnishing help dampen the noise making it feel calm. (No children when we visited either, which helped). Attentive staff. Good selection for vegans, less so for vegetarians. Tasty. Portion size was fair. Mostly focused on quality over quantity. Some items acceptable price given the quality, atmosphere and attentive staff. Some menu items a bit over priced (e.g. the desert brownie). Happy to try again!

A very interesting, and cosy place for a meal gathering. Food was reasonably good, dishes, as well as food presentation, can be hit or miss, but it could be due to personally preference. Was celebrating a friend’s birthday, and twice requested/reminded the staff for a simple ‘happy birthday’ message to go with dessert; Staff acknowledged but did not serve desserts with inscribed message nor candles. Could have been more attentive.

Ambience was good however can be better. The staff put all the customers in one area and I would prefer a cosier space to chit chat with my friend. Food and drinks were towards the higher side. The staff kept coming over to clear our plates despite the food not finished yet. So it's kind of pressuring us to quickly finish our food. on a good side, staff brought us 2 plain water when we had finish ours
