Designed by acclaimed British designer Anouska Hempel, both the bar and the restaurant at Yellow Pot Singapore radiate sophistication through the black, gold and yellow colour palette. You’ll even find golden fans and wallpaper from Anouska’s personal collection, making the decor even more special. The kitchen is helmed by chef Sebastian Goh who brings over 18 years experience to the table and has drawn inspiration from the culinary provinces of China, to create a menu that is truly spectacular, and which pairs perfectly with the above mention cocktails.
In keeping with Six Sense Duxton’s core values, Yellow Pot strives to provide food that is nourishing for both the body and the soul by ensuring that all dishes are additive-free and made with ingredients from sustainable sources. Keep an eye out for dishes such as the hot and sour soup with wood ear mushrooms, bean curd and Sichuan chilli oil; wok-fried red snapper cooked in a sweet and sour sauce with micro herbs and the locally farmed Shanghai greens served in a garlic and ginger broth. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and located on Duxton Road in Singapore, Yellow Pot is quite simply a must. Book now to avoid disappointment.
