Bright space with plenty of options to choose from. Food was good and I like the many sauces available. They will refill soups too and get the wagyu lunch set

Spacious restaurant with friendly staff. Went on a weeknight and it wasn't crowded, probably it's because the CBD crowd as all left the office area.

The restaurant is clean. Ambience also not bad. The service is good as well. Location of the restaurant is accessible. Overall experience is not nad.

It was a nice atmosphere to dine in. Although the varieties of food for the hot pot is not very wide, the food is fresh and reasonably priced in sets; portion in sets is enough for a person. The menu of choices is flexible too. We can order 2 pax sets + add an extra soup pot for a third person; since we are small eaters and not able to finish the portions, we can even add on ala carte dishes for certain food we liked. The beef and pork slices are not too thinly sliced, that's a thoughtful gesture (whereas some other restaurants had meat slices that are so thin that it dissolved in the hot pot).

The ingredients are fresh and the staff are awesome. I got a feeling they use a lot of MSG as we feel very thirsty after which.

We tried the set A one for one meal. The food was fresh and the portion was just nice for 2 persons. Atmosphere is good and convenient.

Food was fresh and soup base was good though it was a little noisy during lunch time. Will return to the restaurant again and try other food items.

soups base is good with a variety to choose from. all meats are fresh and tasty. the vegetable and side dishes are greatly paired with the soup.i would recommend everyone

The soup base was good but the tom yam was salty. We ordered a set for 4 to be shared by 3 person. The waiter offered an exchange of vegetable for the extra staple which we didn't want.

Food is good, fresh as usual. However standard of service seems to have dropped. Server was nowhere to be seen most of the time, which is quite disappointing

Yummy food. Nice environment. The only downside is that we had to share table with other guests . Would be better if the staff told us first rather than just bringing them over to our table.

Fresh ingredients. The milk fish soup was delicious. Only weird thing was that only cash or nets payment was allowed. What happened to using master/visa?

Very good quality beef in different cuts. Seafood also very fresh and good-sized prawns and scallops. Service was also attentive and polite, even though it was a very busy Friday evening.

The cashier is friendly and patience. The environment is nice. The herbal chicken soup taste good as compared to chicken soup. Overall satisfied and will visit again.

Food ingredients are fresh - Select the fish soup which are delicious - friend chose tomato soup which are not as good as expected. Overall satifactory, within expectation however service still room for improvement

Individual pot a plus point! Was thirsty after the meal hence most likely it contain MSG. Ingredients was fresh, I had beef which was fresh.

It was a good experience. Service staff are friendly and helpful, they managed to get us a table instead of the counter table. Food is as expected. No surprises.
