Been here the 2nd time and service was good. Got a good deal coz am using burpple 1-for-1 deal. The Waygu Beef is really thin & tender. Noise level can be quite noisy if there's full house of customer.

Service could be improve with the increase of staff. As when they get busy the service lapse greatly. Management can look into getting more staff.

Ordered 2 different soup base, mala and fish soup! Both base were good and meat was fresh!

Fresh ingredients at reasonable price, but tomato soup slightly lacking in taste.

staff were very friendly and attentive, they will not chase customers away after you are done with yiur meals.

The varieties of soup base were wide and we tried the "Yuan Yang" to have the best of both worlds. The set meals were a little pricy but the quality and freshness have made them value-for-money.

I would recommend the mala soup as its really the main reason why I visit this restaurant. The beef is quite nice too. Ordered 2 beef sets & 1 pork collar set for 3 pax, total was $90+ which I feel was kinda pricey. Service-wise, I think the auntie gave the best service and was really friendly:) other than her, I felt that the service standard had dropped☹
