The ambiance at dinner was nice. The crowd wasn’t in at full force yet, service wise everything was smooth. Not enough people with me. Didn’t get to order crabs. Will order next round.

Service is good. Kudos to the lady who has worked there for about 7 years.

Food is great will be back again., The waiting time is just nice less than half and hour and food were served. We ordered crab and before that they will bring the crab to show you and I think this is something that most place don’t do it. Has its own uniqueness. Well done!

ordered dishes prior to arrival. most of the dishes were served after about 15mins, after i informed the staff when my party has arrived. it's acceptable because it was a busy saturday evening. what wasnt quite acceptable was that 2 dishes did not arrive with the others. it was quite apparent that there was internal miscommunication because they thought it had already been served. anyway, since we already waited for very long and had already finished eating, i asked to cancel the 2 remaining dishes. I was able to cancel 1 of them (fried mantous, which should have been served earlier anyway with another of my dishes which had a dipping sauce) and was not able to cancel the other (fried cuttlefish) as staff said that they were already cooking it and it is"almost finished". So we waited, but the dish did not come for another 20 mins. we were all quite displeased but couldnt be bothered to make a scene. but otherwise, a good experience, with great service apart from the issue mentioned above. food was great, and despite the miscomm, i will still definitely come bck.

Went there on a weekday lunch, and it’s a much more pleasant experience as compared to busy weekend dinner. Good good like always.

It was too hot at the area where we were sitted. Perhaps you shd have some additional fans are the outside area. Also the spinach with 3 different eggs dish was not so good. The pumpkin crab & carmelised spare ribs were excellent.

Great restaurant with really fresh seafood. We always come when in the mood for bamboo clams

It was quite chaotic when we first arrived at the restaurant even though we had made reservation in advance. The standard of the food seems to have dropped since my last visit. The beer hor fun in black bean sauce was extremely salty. The live crabs that we ordered somehow tasted quite tasteless and the flesh was a bit tough. Overall I was disappointed with my dinner last night at Chin Huat.

My family group had their Signature crab, it was delicious! We enjoyed the dinner and very satisfied with the fresh seafood , highly recommended :)

Service is commendable. Will recommend restaurant to friends and relatives.

They put us at a corner with stack of chairs beside us so it was not easy to catch the attention of the service staff. People smoke at the corner so the whole expericence was lousy.

Great staff - only two of us - at a rather large table - but never felt rushed nor slighted as the place was crowded. Excellent food tho we could have done without the obligatory vege - which we ordered to make ourselves feel better..

Food was OK, service was OK. Was asked whether I am a member and said I wasn't. After paying, was asked to apply for the membership which would entitle me to 10% off. Wonder why I wasn't told to apply for the membership before I paid?

Food was good and value for $. However likely due to the weekend crowd, one of our dish took almost 20mins to come after all other dishes were already served. This was the only disappointment

CNY set menu was pretty good.. was also offered a private room for my group of 10 pax. Would consider going back to this place for the CNY set menu next year!

We ordered two crab dishes n one was served with very little crab meats within the shells; when spoken to a senior waitress she said she can’t guarantee all crabs hv full crab meats but the Resturant can charged us full prices, some of my friends hv the same experience when l shared, My bill nos A132285 on 17/02/19

Food was ok except seating outside at the rear back with such a huge table was a little uncomfortable to pick up the food from the table and we cannot talk with our guests having to stretch our ears We have 6 pax seating on a 12 pax table?

Great! Crab & Shirm very fresh and good test source, I test both of chilli and golden source.

Good food. Prawns were really fresh. A bit too crowded but still ok. Hope that more food can be catered as well so don’t need to ore order.

The golden sauce crab was really very good but the price is really scary!! We paid $400 plus for an Alaska crab. I will probably recommend eating the golden sauce crab only when their Sri Lanka crab is available.

Fantastic service and food. Staff was excellent. My guests were happy. Came at 530pm. Was all crowded not long after. Staff was helpful to get me a aircon room when they knew it was a special event.
