Chang Korean BBQ

Korean BBQ of beef and pork was delicious. Many side dishes made me full too. Serving step was kind and helpful. You’d better to visit and taste!!!

Food quality not as good as before. a little disappointed. I remembered the beef was very good but tonight the wagyu was as tough as standard beef. First time eating the buckwheat cold noodle recommended by a friend at dinner and was surprisingly refreshing.

We were impressed with both service and quality / freshness of meat and vegetables. No more room to try the noodles. But we will be back!

Food was reasonable, but service was below average. Food arrived next to us, but was left as that. And staff went off serving other table and came back to serve about close to 15 mins after. At that time, food was already cold. They would come over the table multiple of times but will not notice the cups and has been empty for a long time.

We were very excited to try a Korean BBQ for the first time. Our server, Lyn was lovely and patient with us. Explained everything very clearly. The food was lovely and we will definitely be going back. Thank you so much for making it a special evening.

Good overall experience. Great atmosphere with attentive server who helped with the grilling of our food. Food is nice though the price is slightly on the high side.

Taste overall not bad and has good atmosphere but WAY TOO OVERPRICED for what it has to offer. Meat is not exactly exceptional; you would get similar quality in restaurants around Telok Ayer or Duxton for a fraction of the price, albeit in a less posh environment.

My whole family loves the BBQ here, our absolute favorite Korean restaurant in Singapore. I also enjoyed the Cold noodles and ginseng chicken soup. Recommended.

expensive but meat is tasty and fresh. Especially i like its water cold noodle. It would be good for special event like year end dinner

Service lacking. Expensive. Nice ambiance but we didn't go back as our experience wasn't as good as we would like.

Good food. The meats were tender and wonderfully marinated. I like the fresh vegetables for wrapping and so very refreshing. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely come back.

The service was very good. The staff come and cook all the food for you. The Wagyu was amazing. However, the pork was rather disappointing

The set lunch was value for money and the serving was quite big portion and my family enjoy the beef and pork dinner dishes very much.

The restaurant wasn’t packed but it seems like the staffs could not even managed the floor already. We were barely attended to and we had to order 2-3times from different servers for our items as they do not remember our orders after walking away. Food was okay, not as fantastic as it was reviewed. Ambience was great though.

Great to be recognised by staff after a span of 12 months since our last visit (too Long!) - Very friendly and excellent BBQ with great meets.

Good quaility of food and nice place, but slightly noisy in side hall because of crowded. Hope to keep the quality of meet served in consistant.

Has been wanting to try chang Korean BBQ for a long while, and it didn't disappoint. The beef and chicken were marinated till tender and juicy. Would come back again!

We had the beef short rib soup, seafood tofu soup & spicy cold noodles. The short rib soup was delicious, our all time favorite, absolute must try! Chang serves up authentic Korean food! Thumbs up!

Nice cozy restaurant. Located at quite ulu part of Dempsey hill. Wasnt a busy sat evening when i visited until around 8pm. was asked a few polietly whether we were done, so others can take our seats. must try is the Prime boneless rib and kurobota pork. overall a pleasant experience.

Chang has always served very high quality food it is just that recently i felt the staff are not that 'happy' or should i say 'not enjoying their work'

Over all not too bad. Waiter quite friendly, lots of parking lots. The location was quite deep in, as im using GPS to locate the location.

Had a wonderful experience. The meats were fresh and juicy. We ordered a prime rib, pork collar and pork neck. The side dishes were good and substantial.

I find Chang is a good quality Korean BBQ - nice decor of black and white housew, easy to park in the Dempsey area. Price quality ratio is okay.

Overall good dining experience. Though restaurant can be rather flustered and messy when busy. Food was good, bbq meat was nicely done, portions are great for sharing!

Great food. Generous serving. Service can be improved. Left out our dessert order. Restaurant felt understaffed at times. The ventilation wasn't as good as the old location. Left smelling of BBQ even though I didn't have any at our table.

Good quality meat cuts and service too. Spacious and also well ventilated. Sufficient car park is available. It's good to see Chang maintain its quality

The quality of meat served in the restaurant is quite satisfying, but the portion is somehow a bit smaller than expected. The service could be better as actually the waiter took a wrong order at the beginning. However, we never claimed about it as we found the food is not enough for us so we never returned the wrong one.

As it was a weekday, the environment was quiet and great for dinner with my wife. food was great too. New location is much better

Food was fine. Beer was sufficiently served in cold glasses. Table provided was not the most desirable. Had to share a table for 8 with a group of 4.

Excellent service, detailed and meticulous. Wonderful Father's Day dinner! Area was quite hard to locate due to the shift in location but was accessible by car to go In.

Service is just a bit slow, food was nice especially the marinated prime rib.... we had to wait 30 min for our drinks ... they came after the appetizer .. thought that was strange

It will be good if the food portion is bigger. Food portion is small, but good ambient for talks. It is hard to get there if there is no transport available.

very good! love the quality of meat and the atmosphere. My boss (a Frenchman) absolutely loved the food as he last had Korean food 20 years ago. Will definitely come back again

Good as usual. The menu changed compared to last time when i visited. i still like the mixed meat choice. Hope it could come back again. Had a good time there.

Food is average. Too noisy environment. Booked a table online a month ago for our soecial occasion celebration. It was not recorded. The restaurant simply cant be bothered.

Friendly staff, and helpful. Only the cashier look serious. Think is because short of mainpower ,on rushing. Hope next time can see the staff is happier

Meat quality wasn't that good yet pricey, ambience and park was good though. Service 3/5, average. I've had better Wagyu at other kbbq places, Chang restaurant could do better. First and last time to visit, not worth to travel there.

The gingseng chicken soup is a great disappointment. Service was just slightly below average, didnt take long to serve the food but server didnt pace the grilling of the food accordingly to the speed of consumption of the customers. Obviously there are much more than enough grill food on the sharing plate but server keep grilling and end up, we were always eating cold and tough meat.

Very nice and comfortable place. but the price seems abit on the high side. although service was great. would definitely come back again but hope they would extend a promotion

We enjoyed marinated ribs, seafood tou fu and stirred fried spicy pork. Kurobuta Collar and Ginseng chicken are disappointing tho. The waiter served us well. It's good that they don't charge for iced tea.

Service is good. Ample parking space. The place is spacious. Ordered seafood kimchi pancake, seafood soup and fried vermicelli, they are good. Also ordered pork and seafood bbq, the standards drops compared to last year.

Gd service offered, the staff helps to bbq all the meat . The meat are all tender and well marinated , pan cake is nice too accept for glass noodles which I don't really fancy.

We ate the beef set and had a rice wine. The beef set seems small but is filling for 2 person. Overall ambient is good.

Quiet environment, good food. Decent quality and certainly worth revisiting Chang again. We went together with the misses and she enjoyed it very much as well. Worth the try. We went there during lunch so it wasn't crowded at all. Down side is that it is very inaccessible, by car or taxi.
