The quality of the food is consistently good. Service is always good.

Good quality food, though a tad pricey. Service was efficient. There was a good crowd of Korean Nationals, positive sign.

Good quality food and environment. Friendly owner. Servers attentiveness could be improved (eg noticing refills for side dishes, water to be refilled etc without having to be asked), perhaps it’s due to busy schedule during dinner time.

The person in charge of our meat was also cooking in the next table so sometimes she forgot us and burnt our meat. We do expect more attention due to the price we paid (more than 100$ per person)

Had a family dinner with my parents and my children. We enjoyed the good food and good service there. Price a little pricey but it's a mother's day celebration so we were prepared to spend a little extra.

Perhaps maybe due to weekend , service seems a bit rushed.

We have gotten the help from the staff to cook. The premium pork collar and belly are very tough to eat. It seems over cooked or the quality of the meats is discounted.

One of the more authentic korean food you can find in Singapore, but on a slightly more pricey, but good quality end.

If you enjoy authentic and quality kr food , this is a to go place .

Sat nearer to the back of the restaurant outside the rooms, and it stank like hell. For a restaurant in Dempsey which was charging such prices, they used push cart trolleys clearing plates and rubbish in front of customers - I suspect these weren’t cleaned regularly or the rubbish stayed in there for awhile because there trolleys were simply parked behind us which probably created that horrible smelly. The meats were very average, can definitely get better Korean bbq elsewhere.

Terrible korean bbq and most expensive korean restaurant i've been to. The restaurant is quite posh interior wise but food is not good. Chicken bbq had barely any flavour so boring. It looked and tasted like pan-fried chicken at home. Also ordered steak but that's not what was served. Soju and everything in the menu is way over-priced for what it is. Total Bill was $400 for not much ordered. Same thing would cost in other nice korean restaurant at around $250. I can't recommend this restaurant.

While they were nice enough to accede to our request of half no seafood half seafood in the kimchi pancake, the Kimchi pancake didn’t have enough pancake - it was more like oily deep fried kimchi and not as nice and delicious as before :( The kimchi used in the side dishes was also disappointing because it was too spicy and sour. Also think they forgot to serve watermelon after the meal. They also forgot to fry the egg for the dolsot bibimbap as requested. While the price is okay, I think the quality and standard has gone down over the years. The chicken in the ginseng chicken soup was also too hard / dry and didn’t taste like it was cooked with the soup itself. But at least they were generous with the fresh Korean ginseng.

Wednesday night is slightly quieter - makes for a better dining experience. Staff were helpful and chatty. Had the marinated short rib - very tasty. Prime boneless short rib - for comparison. It was ok. A tad bland. Seafood and spring onion pancake was a hit as was the spicy seafood tofu soup. Decent selection of Australian and Spanish wines.

Visited Chang’s multiple time. Enjoy the food. Seems a bit over priced so we don’t go that often. Otherwise clearly we enjoy since we have visited multiple times.

Like the surroundings. Away from the crowd. 3rd time there.

After multiple visits, this was sadly the first time my companions and I did not enjoy our dinner at Chang. Food and serrvice were mediocre, and we left feeling unsatiated. not sure if we will return anytime soon
