Good ambiance. Staff are fast in their service. I believed the restaurant had worked on those bad reviews and improved.

Chang’s is one of our favourite restaurants. When phase 2 of the circuit breaker came in, we immediately booked a table. The layout is spacious with high ceilings so it is easy to social distance. The marinade is the best. Delicious food!

Food is really good, thats why I always come back. But unfortunately service is very bad. Some of the staff are rude and snappy. Always make reservations. When the restaurant is really crowded then there is chaos. They will forget to bring your drinks, food takes a very long time. Especially if you are in a hurry, order your check 10min in advance. I am a very frequent guest so I can say with a certainty that the staff should undergo training and work better together. Really sad, since food is awesome.

Probably the best Korean restaurant in Singapore. However slightly overpriced.

The food and the service is excellent. Once the staff notice that the barbecue food is nearly finish, they will start grilling another plate of meat.

Under staffs, can't get attention. There only was one young boy to run around the outdoor dining tables. BBQ service was sweet but skill definitely need upgrade. All the meat were overdone.

Service is quite slow, took 20 minutes to receive get back my card for bill because no one is at the cashier to process the payment. But food is awesome at a pricy side.
