Great service! We were able to try the wines we were interested in before choosing. We had the braised beef short rib and the monkfish. The taste of the monkfish was overpowered by the prosciutto, nevertheless a yummy main. We were also fortunate to witness another table order a risotto which was placed in a cheese wheel to be mixed with the cheese as it was flambé-ed and melted! Definitely a sight.

A very cosy laid back place. The service staff was friendly & knowledgeable. The menu was limited but every dish was well presented & prepared by the very focused chef in an open concept kitchen. Would come back again.

Staff is not sure about what their own promotion posting on burpple is. There is no set menu as mentioned at all. But the food is pretty though. Taste is average.

The food was extremely tasty. It was seasoned just nice and the portions were adequate. We particularly loved the French toast which was savoury and not too sweet with caramelised bananas. Will definitely recommend it.

Fine dining at affordable prices! Keep a look out for their new items at the start of 2018! We were told they change their menu once every two months. Cosy space tastefully decorated, a special night out for the special one!

Loved this experience. Exquisite attention to detail without the food being fussy. I was sad that the scallops choice was unavailable due to being sold out at lunch service. My red wine was at fridge temp for some reason - improved once it had reached room temp. However, these are small tweaks which should not influence people supporting this very worthwhile venture. Great value for money.

Food was extremely affordable; a good option for those looking to undergo the fine dining experience but without the hefty price tag. The atmosphere at night was also intimate, so dating couples looking for a new experience may enjoy this as a date night option.

Unusual cooking. Not Molecular, but like a poor man's version of Molecular. Agreeable but a little strange. Only two choices and completely empty... only us and the chef.

Had the set lunch and a coffee. The appetizers and entrees were decent and the dessert was excellent. Could have used more variation in their dishes. (Risotto appeared in both appetizer and entree) Overall a nice place to have lunch and coffee, not for those looking to grab a quick lunch.

They have a value for money lunch set. Food quality was good, and service was very friendly too. The dessert was a highlight. Menu changes often.

Had the standard lunch menu (3 courses) for 2 people. Selected all the different choices from lunch menu and was impressed with all of them. Excellent for a very reasonable price. Would definitely go back to try new food on the menu! (When they do decide to change it!)

Absolutely fantastic lunch. The beef sandwich was particularly excellent and much better than more expensive ones I've had elsewhere. And I can't say enough good things about the lemon/milk curd/strawberry desert, which was the perfect balance of tartness and sweetness - no better way to end a perfect meal.

Came across Brine on Instagram and wanted to give it a try. Lovely atmosphere and interior. Though the appetiser served was not hot, the main courses were great.

Thumbs up for good ambience, food and service. Appreciate the fact that the chef took time to explain each dish to us so we know what we'll be eating. One suggestion is to have cutlery rest as we have to place our used fork/spoon/knife on the table after each dish is cleared away, which might be a little unhygienic. Other than that, this meal is definitely value for money !

Fantastic dinner with my partner. The 5-course meal was definitely value for money as we had so many delicious yummy food and the ambience is just right and cosy. Loved how the chef also explained the individual dishes to us. Excellent service, food and experience. Highly recommended. We will be back!

The presentation of put dish can be better. Light alcoholic drinks like moscato can consider to add into the menu. A 5-course dinner is a bit heavy for small eaters. All the best and a big thanks for the wonderful dinner. Cheers!

Great food, nice ambience. Service provided was earnest and warm. Our favourite dishes were the tartare, mussels, scallops, chocolate beef. But everything else was nice too!

Food is delicious. But food is not warm. Prob cos after the very dedicated plating effort. Friends were skeptical about the chef not wearing gloves when handling. And the serving is surprisingly generous considering it's fine dining. The drinks options too limited.

Excellent service. They changes their 5 course dinner menu everyday for now and I am thoroughly impressed with every dish. This is a restaurant I would come back regularly and am keen to also try their brunch menu.

Good value for money as main courses are around $17. Quality of food is pretty good. Meats are sous vide hence tender. Nice simple decor.

Nice cosy restaurant. A good first experience. 4 course dinner at 43+. Great presentation. No ala carte options though. Servings are small but interesting. Restaurant doesn't serve alcohol.

Had 4 course set dinner. All the dishes were nicely done. We all enjoyed the milk curd dessert. As we were celebrating a birthday, brine surprised us with a special touch by serving the dessert with a birthday greeting. Appreciated effort

We had the 4 course tasting dinner $46++ per pax as it was the only menu available. The service and presentation is good - they take the time and effort to explain the ingredients too. There is good pairing, but they generally tasted quite flat and wasn't spectacular. Out of all the 8 dishes we tasted, we were only impressed with the barramundi. I would say one can visit Brine if you like sous vide but do not have a sous vide machine or blowtorch at home. If not, you would be able to get more value for money food at other restaurants.
