Tried the burpple menu which was quite good! A pity that the place had multiple bookings for the table on that same night and we had to vacate our table after 2 hours

The food, ambience and service was on point. The truffle capellini, smoked duck breast and smoked hay semifreddo is worth the going back.

Lovely, quiet place for a lunch date. The five course menu for Burpple was wonderful. My partner and I particularly enjoyed the truffle angel hair pasta.

Ordered the 5-course using Burpple & 2 more mains and every dish was good especially the popular small plates and dessert! Cozy setting & good service too. Will return!

Perhaps could have hooks under the tables for the ladies bags, as space is a premium, esp in this situation. Otherwise, great food and service! Keep up the good work!

We had their Big Plate (+$24 for 2 Small Plate/Snack and 1 Sweet) together with 2 mains. We tried their Torched beef on pressed sourdough which was great. Thought the sourdough itself would have been awesome enough. Their Lightly cured scallops was a bit underwhelming though. For their mains, we had the Angus Ribeye (very ordinary, not very flavourful too), as well as the Seabass. The fried seabass is pretty good, reminded us of those Asian deep-fried fish. For dessert, we got the Snoked hay semifreddo, chocolate textures which was wonderful.

The scotched egg was really good, but the quantity was pretty small but decent for the price. Love the bubble and squeak, highly recommended.

Love the vibes here! Quaint resto with open kitchen concept and kinfolk-esque interior on point. Food was really enjoyable, had Omakase for 2 and each dish was carefully crafted and most were very tasty! Will revisit just for the intimate ambience.

Lunch hour on the day I visited was quiet so nice for those who like to have a quiet lunch. Seabass main as part of the lunch set was nice but the fish was too small. It is a cosy and small place.

Overall food and presentation was good. We had the burrple set meal so it was very worth it! For the first dish, the beef was rather salty and my friend couldn't finish it. They were very nice and gave us a replacement dish. The other dishes were very good! Service was good too!

Great ambience and menu. It is a small space, with an open concept kitchen. The Chef prepares the food at the speed you eat. I love how promptly the food arrives. Thanks for the experience!
