Münchner Wurstsalat
Munich style cold cuts salad made from succulent slices of meat loaf, honey glazed leg ham and Lyoner sausage. Mixed with pickles, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes and chives in a sweet and tangy dressing. Served with a Brez'n.

Green market salad topped with potato salad, crispy breaded chicken breast slices, carrots, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds and chives, with red onion, house dressing and pumpkin seed oil.

Our signature dish. Crispy pork knuckle with sauerkraut and roasted potatoes, served with dark lager beer sauce. We infuse our pork knuckles with home-made brine before roasting. This gives the meat a unique pink colour, but most importantly makes it juicier, more tender & flavourful.

It isn’t often that one comes across Bavarian cuisine outside of Germany and that is part of what makes Singapore’s Brez’n all the more special. This fantastic restaurant brings all the boldness of Bavaria – all of its character and straightforwardness – and places it right in the heart of River Valley. This really is as authentic as it gets. On River Valley Road diners can get curious with dishes that are unique and then wash everything down with some freshly poured Bavarian beer which, as everyone knows, is some of the very best in the world. Brez’n is becoming more and more popular as Singapore comes to love to Bavarian cuisine, so we advise making a reservation in advance.

You’re one of the most famous states in Germany and you have really cool mountains and your food and your beer are just great – we imagine those were the kind of thoughts that the team at Brez’n had when they set up their Bavarian restaurant. This place is one to behold in Singapore – named Brez’n in honour of the Bavarian word for ‘pretzel’ – and we can’t get enough of it.
Bavarian cuisine is known for being honest and bold: think sourdough bread, juicy sausages and an expert use of the humble potato, all of which – when served in a stylish, sleek and modern dining space such as at this River Valley location – is guaranteed to leave you and your stomach full. We’d recommend any of the belegte Brez’n – they’re fresh and they’re some of the first pretzel sandwiches in Singapore – but, to be honest, trying to draw highlights from a menu as interesting as this one is a very difficult task. Get down to River Valley Road, Valley Point and try it all for yourself.
