Blue Bali

Love the setting!Came here to celebrate a special day with my fiancée. I booked the Lesehan, advertised as "Romantic Balinese Lesehan where you have total privacy in the Balinese garden, sitting on cushions and enjoying your company in paradise". It was absolutely pouring with rain when we arrived. And the girl who received us told us, not very clearly, that the Lesehan's were wet and cannot be used. We were seated at a regular table. Upon further inquiry the manager came and told me there was a Lesehan we could use, but the pillows might be a bit wet on the side. We opted to move to the Lesehan. I let the restaurant know in advance that it was a special day for us, so I was quite disappointed with the service from the front desk. The Lesehan's are nice, but are definitely not in "total privacy" as promised. They are just next to the regular tables. Also, because we sat cross-legged and the table didn't allow us to tuck our knees under it, we sat quite far apart. The food was good. We ordered the Indonesian Rijsttafel Platter, which was plenty for the two of us and delicious. And once we got over the annoyance of the arrival, we had a great meal. If we were received in a better manner, I would definitely visit again, now I am not so sure.

As usually the food was great! Really loved their pumpkin prawns and tofu. Highly recommended for families, lunches and dinners with friends. Real Indonesian experience:)

Great place with lovely ambience. Love the authentic balinese feeling and food was nice too. Location is not too convenient though, as its a long walk from mrt. Would come again if possible

The food was really amazing and the athmosphere is cozy, authentic and romantic. The service was friendly and quick. Will definitely go there again soon.

Overall atmosphere was really great and Indonesian foos was exellent. My family liked here and i can bring mu business patner to entertain them as well.

A very chill place to be n good food to accompany the ambience. Good n attentive service staff who are always alert to your calls. Very family orientated n also great for couples to spend a special night under the stars dining the night away

We felt like we were in Bali without paying for the air ticket to Bali. Authentic Balinese food with good variety of Indian cuisine. Kids love the naan and esp the avocado milkshake. Love the setting being surrounded by greenery and all things Balinese. Thank you for setting up and keeping up a place like this in Singapore.

Food was tasty and authentic. Service was good. Great ambience and surroundings made it feel like you were really in Bali. I would recommend it to others

We Had a party of 10 on a round table. We had friendly, attentive and Excellent service that night. The prawns and snapper were fresh and very tasty.

It was a good place for our team dinner, food was good, decoration is very nice. I just regret the noise made by the aircon.

Quality of the food is average in my opinion. Especially the beef rendang, could have been much better. Atmosphere and location are romantic and great.

Bad service . They ran out of their famous beer 2 days ago. Starters were cold and pre made. Good ambience but really need to change their chef and service levels

Very relaxing and intimate atmosphere. Did not eat, only went for drinks, but the menu looked delectable. This place came highly recommended by several people who also recommended the pumpkin shrimp. I will try that the next time I go.

A great setting in lush surroundings, matched by very efficient service. All menu items well presented and suitable for sharing. A great night out for our third visit.

Food was yummy! And windy with all the fans they input. We ordered the indo platter for 2. Oh yes, do try the avocado shake!

Nice staff, good good, pretty ambiance. Two different taxi drivers could not find the place......... At last the third one phoned your number and so we arrived ...

Very nice and charming services. The place itself is worth to stay, just in the middle of Botanic Garden. Surrounded by the nature. They make you feel like if you are in the heart of Bali itself.

Absolute MUST VISIT on any trip to Singapore. The staff were wonderful, the food exquisite and the general ambiance of the restaurant unique and amazing.

A wonderful meal with the rain as a backdrop. Food excellent, and service was attentive. I would go again. If I could change anything, although I love the Gamelan music, it was a bit loud at points.

I like the Bali feeling. That is one of the few outdoor restaurants in Singapore, where you do not feel the huzzle and buzzle around, you only hear the birds and some Bali gongs, the food is nice and we people feel like having holidays. If the rumours are true and Bali Blue will close soon, that will be a huge loss for the community.

The place n food re nice mostly i like is the people there they re very nice n polite to their customer keep it up

Amazing location deep inside the botanical gardens. You feel like you are in a completely different city. The food is absolutely divine and portions were huge. We didn't like their beers so much but absolutely no complaints about the food and service. In my opinion, the pricing is also very very reasonable. I'll definitely come back here again

Great place, feels like you're in Bali. Atmosphere is Indonesian. Food is wonderfull. We ordered a rijsttafel, is was lovely, looked stunning. Place is decorated with Balinese things.

Food is good but pricy. It's a nice comfy place with a beautiful garden. The only annoying thing is the smoke everywhere from charcoal they burned in bowls. They removed it after I said it bothered me but I couldn't get rid of the smell.

nice ambience ,main dishes are good! only the starter still have room for improvements,looking for more flavourful starter. especially the satay. gado2 has too less sauce. service is extremely good.

The people at Blue Bali are warm and helpful with coordination of an event and pre-ordering. Our 18-person group enjoyed tapas and platters to share. The food is presented attractively. Most of the guests were at Blue Bali for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by the unique ambiance and enjoyed the microbrew beer. Several guests positively commented that the restaurant has a very interesting atmosphere. Blue Bali is a great place to take guests who are visiting Singapore from other countries. I look forward to my next visit.

A wonderful evening in a beautiful setting. Great service and delicious food and craft beer at very reasonable prices. Blue Bali is the perfect place for any occasion and we will definitely be back!

Nice food and ambience. Price is reasonable. Thought we have travelled to Bali. Car parking is not an issue on a Friday evening and is not chargeable.

Atmosphere is fantastic. Just like a restaurant in Ubud, Bali. I felt as if I were in Bali. Food was also nice. I want to come again before this restaurant close.

The ambience is great and the service staffs are attentive. Wide range of food selection- Indonesian, Indian, Thai, International to satisfy different taste buds. Would bring guests again.

Fantastic food (my husband recommends the Beef Rendang, I recommend the Mongolian Chicken), great service, and a beautiful restaurant just next to the Botanical Gardens.

Lovely ambience, very different, our kids loved it. Food ranged from very good, such as the beef Massaman, to 'ok' Nasi Goreng. Beer was excellent! Overall, we really enjoyed it and will return.

It is a nice and authentic indonesian restaurant in a romatic garden, food and drinks for reasoable prices, service staff is nice and polite - definitely worth for a date or family gathering.

Wonderful food and atmosphere. We enjoyed the service and attention to details. If they get busy some of the attention slacks off, but overall it was a lovely evening.

Great outside dining areas. Relaxed, fun ambience and terrific service from friendly staff. Food was fine, well presented and fresh, and tapas choice is nice to have.

very poor customer service. it took over 20 minutes to place an order for food. then no server ever followed up with us to check on if we needed anything else. finally we left and paid the bill on the way out. never going back.

The restaurant is located quite deep inside, those going by public will have to walk quite a distance. The ambience is good. Service is excellent. I'll give 4/5 for the food. Overall pleasant experience.

This is our to go restaurant especially on Friday evenings! Nice balinesque ambience , spacious sitting, good variety of cuisines with plenty of vegetarian options- recommended for a chill out weekend experience!

The restaurant is located next to botanical garden with side gate access. Nice and relaxing ambience, the decoration and arrangement of the restaurant make you feel like in Bali. Food is nice with reasonable price. Naan, papadam and butter chicken is especially recommended. They have wide variety and nice tasting house beer too.

We were quite disappointed with the service at Blue Bali. First we were not usher in with and were left alone to find our own table. Water was not served when seated, it took us quite some time to get the servers' attention to arrange the settings. We couldn't deny the fact that the food were really great however with this price tag, we certainly am looking for a better customer service.

Good service, yummy food and it all came in the right order for the kids! The setting is beautiful, didn't feel like we were in Singapore.

Good atmosphere with Balinese furniture. Suitable for families, friends and couples. Food was excellent for both vegetarians and non-veg people. We had Indian vegetarian and Indonesian non-vegetarian plate.

Great restaurant near Botanic Gardens. Exotic atmosphere looks like Bali! Nice and fresh Indonesian food (platters perfect for mixed dishes). However a bit too expensive.

It's a good restaurant, with a good food and a good location. Good money for value. We will go there again with friends! See you soon...
