The outlet at Shaw was full, so ended up here by accident. Excellent food, ambience - and as the name "Bistro du Vin" would imply, wine. Definitely back for another visit soonest.
As always great service and wonderful food. If you are missing French comfort food this is the place to go! The only disappointment is the current menu doesn't include coq au vin.
1st visit and enjoyed the food and service. In fact, booking for my second now :) Place at Zion is not too big, just cosy. so make sure you make your early reservations
We had set lunches for 5 x persons. The portions are large and price is reasonable. Service staffs are responsive and the service is excellent!
Very nice cozy restaurant and attentive service. Wine list was extensive and the manager gave some good recommendations. Mussel dish had a strong smell. Rest of food was good esp starters.
Good service and pleasant ambience Delicious food and generous portions Philippe Pau is humorous and friendly Value for money This was our first visit. Will be back soon!
Great food and excellent service! Highly recommended! 👍🏻 if on the menu, the wagyu Wellington is amazing! The waiters also know how to wine pair and servings are generous. Enjoy!!!
the food is good and service is good. always coming back to this restaurant whenever i crave for french food. son also loves it. thumbs up.
Excellent food and service. Great environment for families or couples. Need to make reservations if not it will br quote tough to get a table on weekends
Our favorite restaurant! Never fail to impress the family, has been celebrating our anniversary and special occasions there, great food and ambience. Definitely will recommend to others
Everything is good. The ambience is suitable for couple that wants a quiet and cosy place to dine in. But was disappointed as the escargot were sold out. Well, will be back for their escargot next time.
Great place for dinner if you're in the mood for some reasonably priced quality French food. Very attentive and friendly service. Will definitely be back!
The food was ok, some good and some not so good. Wine was fine, though I'm not an expert so could have been better if I made a better choice. Atmosphere and decor were nothing special. Service was good. I don't feel that the entire dinner experience warranted the prices that were charged.
Attentive service, quait atmosphere. Most importantly, the food is very tasty. I highly recommend trying the authentically French recipes, since it is a French restaurant! If you are interested, the waiters and owner (if he's around) will also be more than happy to help with the wine pairing.
Best cote de boeuf so far I had in 12 years in Singapore. Wine was also very nice and matched well the meat. Well done the team!
Good and prompt service. Beef cheek with mashed potatoes was delicious. Good wine list. Will definitely pay them a visit when craving for French food
The food was great, especially the wagyu beef and French onion soup! Went in the evening and atmosphere was cozy and comfortable for a date or friends' catchup.
Place a bit cold had to tell them twice to lower the air con. All else pleasant food is good as always ESP the baked chicken
Cosy French diner with fairly good service although one of the waiters was not too familiar with the off menu items. Food was not too bad. Would go again.
Excellent service with the crowd on Valentine's Day notwithstanding. The staff were knowledgeable, patient and courteous and the food was excellent, portion size, preparation, temperature, freshness... all superlative! We had the King Fish and Lamb as well as the Charcuterie.... everything was delicious. The wine pairings suggested were also spot on.
Good food, good ambience and good service. The place was not too crowded when we went there for Tuesday lunch. Thank you and we enjoyed ourselves.
Great service - staff were very attentive and manager took care to attend to a special request. It was relatively quiet on New Year's Day - perfect place to dine away from the crowds in town.
service was generally good, especially from the owner and manager. both food and desserts were great. we had the spring chicken, beef cheek and roasted venison which was one of the special items available.
Bistro Du Vin is where I go when I miss real French Bistro meals... it is relaxed, good food, interesting wine list, and best of all, friendly and helpful staff. If you want a place to take family or friends, be able to chat and eat in a casual atmosphere, this is the place for you. Always pay close attention to the specials board, some great meals come from there.
Good food and service. We had french onion soup, lobster tail salad, tomatoes salad, cold cut platter, duck confit, mussels, seabream, 3 desserts and coffee. About $60 per pax.
Perfect menu and especially wine! Must try lamb one and dessert as well. Was great service too. Nice atmosphere, friendly staffs. Bit pricey but worth to go there.
Fantastic experience ..... Demystifying French food, Bistro du Vin on Zion Road focuses on an array of traditional dishes all across France ..... Will come again
Food was great, though our mains were a little salty. We had escargo, nicoise salad, duck confit, cod, creme brulee. Cappucino was on the house as it was the husband's birthday. We felt very welcome!
Honest but excellent food. Attentive service. House wine wasn't too impressive. Stick to traditional dishes like beef cheek, escargot, terrine. Pre-order souffle as it takes 20 minutes.
Good food and good service. Great location. Bistro is highly recommended.
Probably one of the best French restaurants in Singapore. Perfect and authentic french cuisine and very friendly, attentive team. From the beginning to the end, all pleasant experiences.
Just hoped that the wagyu were more tender. Otherwise, good food & great ambience supported with knowledgeable and friendly staff! Will definitely return for more!
Nice and cozy setting in a shophouse opposite Great Word City. Friendly and humorous service attendant. Delicious food and yummy desserts. Public car park available next to a hawker centre nearby. Also available at Great World City across the road.
The foie gras was excellent but did not quite like the main though ... the duck confit was too salty n dry n my son's chicken (can't remember exactly what he had) was a little overcooked too.
Food and service was great! Meat dishes were cooked to the finest quality. My favourite dish has to be the spring chicken. Will be back again!
Had lunch with friend on the weekend. We were thinking to order truffle fries in addition to set lunch, but as the portion was quite big we were glad we didn't order the fries. All food was good and authentic. Highly recommended!

great French food and a lovely cozy restaurant. French onion soup is amazing. Extensive reasonably priced wine list. Cant wait to go back again soon
We enjoyed our dinner. With great variety of food and wine list. Very good service and attentive staffs. We will be back again. Thank you
Great meals there every time, whether it is lunch or dinner, especially where set lunches come at great value for money. Starts the meal off on a right note with a warm baguette basket, don't miss the mussels if its on the specials menu.
