Very good food . Manage to get table at short notice. . Guest was very happy and enjoyed the food. Been a few times but this time, the collagen soup was a bit dilute compared to the earlier visits.

Good overall experience. Great service provided, food was fresh and the fried bean curd was good. But the luo gan guo drinks could have been less sweet.

The soup is delicious especially their signature cartilage broth. However, the restaurant seem to be under staff as the food was not served as promptly as the others.

The food is as usual very good. However this time round there was an event and so it appeared somewhat short staff So it took a little more time to get their attention Must try the shark collagen soup it's amazing !!!

they didn't have enough of the shark cartilage soup, so instead of ordering as a single pot they insisted we had to order a twin set. a little disappointing as it wasn't late at all (we ordered at 7pm), would never see this happen at OneKM. but other than that, everything else was good as usual.

went with high expectations but it disappoints. I've heard the service was good and food was great. but I felt it's no match to HDL. Service staff wasn't attentive. food served slow. there was no aprons or offering to have our bags covered. When I asked for the service manager to assist in scooping off the roam above the soup, he wasn't very pleased to assist. they have a practice to bow information of customers but you feel no sincerity in the action. tbh I'll rather they don't bow. Food quality is good but definitely more expansive than other hot pot chains.

Yummy food.. A bit expensive... soup base plus condiments which are compulsory costs $20++, before any food is ordered. Each food is $8-15 per half portion.

The service is not as good as OneKM one. We had late lunch around 230pm, so there were not many patrons. We ordered the drunken chicken but the chicken pieces were not cut properly, many pieces still connects together. We asked thrice and each time the kitchen only cut the pieces that we showed them. They should take the initiative to check through the plate before returning it to our table. The free flow drinks were not promptly refilled and empty plates/bowls were not promptly removed.

great service! love the collagen and tomato based soup. ingredients were fresh and it's helpful to have half portions so that we can have more variety! would definitely visit again :)

Good food with good service. The ambiance was great and staff were attentive. They even gave a cupcake as we were celebrating someone's birthday there

Love the food. Went @ 5pm on weekday, restaurant was not crowded. Staff not as attentive as those @ 1KM @ 7pm on weekend. For the same food, same price, I will go to the one at 1KM for better service.

Service staff was lacking but the quality of food made up for it. The self service sauce recipes were a great hit. The $30 return voucher also helps!

Tasty and unusual soup bases. Cooling coconut a pleasant surprise. Premium price with less frills compared with similarly priced competitor, but also much less hectic and crowded.

It's my first time having beauty in a pot. i thought it's somewhat similar to haidilao but personally felt their collagen beauty soup base is very nice. The service staff there wowed me with their 90 degrees bow every time they serve up something. It's a bit overwhelming after a while though we felt very pampered. The food were fresh and delicious. Crispy beancurd skin and their prawn paste is a must order.. They don't charge for wet towelettes and water or ice like some other restaurants and staff will top up tea and drinks automatically. They even peeled our drunken prawns for us . A cool green icee was served prior to our bill and we were presented with a discount voucher ($30 off $100 spent ) for our next visit . Definitely will visit again soon

Cosy environment, attentive service staffs, foods are fresh and wide selection on the varieties. Overall a very pleasant dinning experience. i have brought my friends along and they love to dine in beauty in the pot!

Place was not crowded, and food was good and served swiftly. However, the service staff didn't come to our table to offer any assistance after all food was served.

Service was excellent though price (especially fish) was abit on the high side. The fried beancurd skin is highly addictive! Kids enjoyed playing in the playroom while waiting for food to be served.

Their service standard is really good and I can feel the energy and happiness for other tables (those singing birthday songs). Every single time they were smiling and singing all so loudly, full of energy. Despite their busy period, our table of 6 people were served very well, from the greeter to the first waitress that took our orders, to the very alert manager that helped to mix our sauces. 3rd visit already and we will be back. :)

Ae had to wait a little upon arrival, but overall it was not too bad! will definitely visit again. Some of the food were quite fresh, some were just okay.

This is my second time here. The service is excellent and food is good. Prefer the afternoon dining experience due to lesser crowd, but that doesn't mean service is compromised even in the busy evening. Well recommended as this place never fails to impress.

yummy!! best steamboat ever! going back soon.. love their shark cartilage soup and tomato soup. their drunkard prawn also one of the best.. and best of all, they finally serve fried garlic for the condiments.

Service was a little slow today; understand there's some hiccups with the ordering system. Otherwise good was great as usual and love the signature collagen soup

A recommended try for those who love steamboat and seeking options other than HDL. Comparable service to HDL, good soup bases and great ambiance for a get together!
