Good food. Usually have very good service here. But the day when I was there, I think the restaurant was too busy? Service wasn't as good as it used to be.

Service was excellent, food quality was great! Staff even asked us if she could help us peel the shells off the prawns! Reasonably priced, will return!

Very attentive wait staff. Overall the food is good except for the beef ........ we stayed more than the allotted time given but they did not asked us to leave

Nourishing food. Excellent choices of sauces and even recipe for concoction. Service was impeccable. 2 person spent around $115 and slightly over 1.5hr. Enjoyed truly!

Service is swift and pleasant. The staff were attentive towards the customers and explained how to cook the items to get the perfect fineness. It is a good meal experience.

i think their staff was not enough... we keep asking for our rice.. compare to one km I will still prefer one km service and their soup taste better as well

I had tried both branches at Centrepoint and 1 KM Mall. Service level at 1 KM Mall was much better as staff there were more attentive. Food wise, love it.

The food was of good quality and the ambience was good. It was lunch time, the restaurant was not super busy but there was a good crowd considered it was a weekday. However, there were not enough wait staff. There were several occasions where I had to walk over to the counter to get what I need.

Friendly staffs and nice environment , just that some of my dishes they miss out didn’t send to me . Need to improve what guest have order .instead just keep bow and bow . Did service include helping guest refill soup ? Still prefer One KM service staff there on off will walk around and help us refill even is full house

Not too bad, service lacks behind HDL slightly but food was delicious. Portions were also reasonable and I enjoyed the coconut soup base a lot!

There were less staff during lunch and the service staff was not as attentive. It took them a while before they served dessert and they didn't check-in with the customers as often as during dinner time.

Very good service and the food was fresh. It’s a little pricey though, and air conditioning was too strong. Recommend to ask to sit away from the centre area otherwise you’ll have cold air blowing on you on full blast. Overall, a very good experience and will definitely return.

Very good food . Manage to get table at short notice. . Guest was very happy and enjoyed the food. Been a few times but this time, the collagen soup was a bit dilute compared to the earlier visits.

Good overall experience. Great service provided, food was fresh and the fried bean curd was good. But the luo gan guo drinks could have been less sweet.

The soup is delicious especially their signature cartilage broth. However, the restaurant seem to be under staff as the food was not served as promptly as the others.

they didn't have enough of the shark cartilage soup, so instead of ordering as a single pot they insisted we had to order a twin set. a little disappointing as it wasn't late at all (we ordered at 7pm), would never see this happen at OneKM. but other than that, everything else was good as usual.

went with high expectations but it disappoints. I've heard the service was good and food was great. but I felt it's no match to HDL. Service staff wasn't attentive. food served slow. there was no aprons or offering to have our bags covered. When I asked for the service manager to assist in scooping off the roam above the soup, he wasn't very pleased to assist. they have a practice to bow information of customers but you feel no sincerity in the action. tbh I'll rather they don't bow. Food quality is good but definitely more expansive than other hot pot chains.

Yummy food.. A bit expensive... soup base plus condiments which are compulsory costs $20++, before any food is ordered. Each food is $8-15 per half portion.

The service is not as good as OneKM one. We had late lunch around 230pm, so there were not many patrons. We ordered the drunken chicken but the chicken pieces were not cut properly, many pieces still connects together. We asked thrice and each time the kitchen only cut the pieces that we showed them. They should take the initiative to check through the plate before returning it to our table. The free flow drinks were not promptly refilled and empty plates/bowls were not promptly removed.

The service always good. I will never get sick of the foods served after so many visits. The quality of food is good and service staff is attentive.

Love the food. Went @ 5pm on weekday, restaurant was not crowded. Staff not as attentive as those @ 1KM @ 7pm on weekend. For the same food, same price, I will go to the one at 1KM for better service.
