Tasty and unusual soup bases. Cooling coconut a pleasant surprise. Premium price with less frills compared with similarly priced competitor, but also much less hectic and crowded.

Service staff was lacking but the quality of food made up for it. The self service sauce recipes were a great hit. The $30 return voucher also helps!

Love the food. Went @ 5pm on weekday, restaurant was not crowded. Staff not as attentive as those @ 1KM @ 7pm on weekend. For the same food, same price, I will go to the one at 1KM for better service.

Place was not crowded, and food was good and served swiftly. However, the service staff didn't come to our table to offer any assistance after all food was served.

Food is okay, love the herbal soup and beancurd. Service isn't too bad, they will bow at you every time they finish their service at your table

It's my first time having beauty in a pot. i thought it's somewhat similar to haidilao but personally felt their collagen beauty soup base is very nice. The service staff there wowed me with their 90 degrees bow every time they serve up something. It's a bit overwhelming after a while though we felt very pampered. The food were fresh and delicious. Crispy beancurd skin and their prawn paste is a must order.. They don't charge for wet towelettes and water or ice like some other restaurants and staff will top up tea and drinks automatically. They even peeled our drunken prawns for us . A cool green icee was served prior to our bill and we were presented with a discount voucher ($30 off $100 spent ) for our next visit . Definitely will visit again soon

Service was excellent though price (especially fish) was abit on the high side. The fried beancurd skin is highly addictive! Kids enjoyed playing in the playroom while waiting for food to be served.

Their service standard is really good and I can feel the energy and happiness for other tables (those singing birthday songs). Every single time they were smiling and singing all so loudly, full of energy. Despite their busy period, our table of 6 people were served very well, from the greeter to the first waitress that took our orders, to the very alert manager that helped to mix our sauces. 3rd visit already and we will be back. :)

Ae had to wait a little upon arrival, but overall it was not too bad! will definitely visit again. Some of the food were quite fresh, some were just okay.

This is my second time here. The service is excellent and food is good. Prefer the afternoon dining experience due to lesser crowd, but that doesn't mean service is compromised even in the busy evening. Well recommended as this place never fails to impress.

yummy!! best steamboat ever! going back soon.. love their shark cartilage soup and tomato soup. their drunkard prawn also one of the best.. and best of all, they finally serve fried garlic for the condiments.

A recommended try for those who love steamboat and seeking options other than HDL. Comparable service to HDL, good soup bases and great ambiance for a get together!

Very short of staff. Hence serving time is but longer. Soup base is good especially the collegen and coconut soup. Food quality is ok but can a bit more varieties.

Service staff was not very attentive even though the restaurant was not crowded at time of visit. Ice water only came after two reminders and our refillable drinks were only topped up twice the entire time we were there, also after reminders.

Cosy atmosphere. Attentive staff. Food is tad pricey but is fresh though. We love the Kurobuta pork slices as well as the Yuzu dessert. Friendly staff

One of my favourite hotpot place and it is my third time there and always a satisfying experience. Quality of food is superb and service is great.

Food was good, but service was terrible, one waiter was in charge of several tables. The beef took 1.5 hours to came and the bill took 15 minutes too.

All wait staff bow to diners at 45-degree after serving/attending to them. Well-trained but we find it overwhelming when they already are providing good service. Food is satisfying as usual, maintaining its quality standard always.

Came during lunch hours but it seems the restaurant is under staffed; food was left on the trolley for a long time and no one came to serve us the dishes. Food taste good as usual but service can be improved

It looked like you're shortage of staff at around 4 plus 5. When I wanted to request for a bowl and ladle, I waited for quite a while and in the end, I help myself at the table beside mine. I'm not sure if I'm a member, so after telling your staff, she came back to tell me that I am not a member after checking on my handphone number and thus can't accumulate points.

Popular restaurant at lunch time. Service was prompt and efficient but both my dining companion and I preferred the flavour of the soup bases from another chain.

Lovely ambience especially with the live band which was excellent. The singer had an awesome voice. Seafood was good but can do with more selection for the hot food.

been to this place several times and still love the food freshness and selections. this time round we tried the coconut soup base which is refreshing and yummy and we definitely highly recommend everyone to give a try. the only demerit was the service kinda slow and not attentive enough as compared to last few visits.

The collagen soup was amazing! Especially loved the Beancurd skin and the fish paste. The La Mian was also very yummy and it went very well with the collagen soup!

This has always been my fav hotpot place!! The soup is awesome and the ingredients are fresh! It is suitable for groups or 2 pax, bu have to book in advance
