Unlike anything you’ll find in other commercial restaurants or stores in Singapore, the sake menu at Bar Nippon mimics the rare varieties available from some of Tokyo’s top Michelin starred establishments. The premium sake also forms the base for Bar Nippon’s incredible cocktails, which are created by Mizusawa Yasuhiko – one of the city’s top bartenders. Wine, beer, Japanese whisky and other liquid specialties are also available. It’s not all about the drinking though.
