We enjoyed the seafood high tea for 2 person. The food was displayed very beautifully and the place is nicely decorated. The service was good too.

There is Limited menu. Serving Portion is small, perhaps could be more. Tea is good and refreshing. Staff is courteous. Ambience is unique and good for conversation.

Also dishes delicious, but the service was good. There are many kinds of tea, and it was good in particular. And I'd like to go with my friend again.

Nice ambience and presentation of food. The restaurant was short of waiting staff, the waitress seemed overwhelmed and distracted. We asked for the menu but she forgot to bring it to us. She also walked away while in the midst of taking our orders.

Nice ambience for catch up. Love the tea and the cookie alot!! Ordered double teasury and chicken with waffle to try. It would be better if the chicken has lesser fats.

Food was much better than the previous time I was there. The salmon wellington and crab cake benedict were the better dishes. Teas were overpriced though.

A pleasant experience. The staff were helpful, and the food was very good. We were allocated to a window seat with a night view, and that made our dinner even more pleasant. We will be back again.

Quite good food be they sometimes use the microwave to heat up your food.. that is really disappointing, eating microwaves food and paying the high prices...

The ambience was very good and the decor also attractive. Good place for chatting among friends. The food was way below average and the kitchen team was talking all the way.

I think there's a change of food menu. Last time got chicken waffles and salted egg spaghetti. This time i cannot find it in the menu. Hope it can be included in the menu again.

Nice place to spend time with your loved ones. Improvement can be made to allow customers a bit of time grace to finish up the painting.

The ambience at Dhoby Ghaut outlet was nice. We ordered the set menu which is of small bits and come with a pot of tea. Set meal value wise not impressive though the way the food was arranged was impressive. The service staff was attentive. It was however disappointing the online reservation I made via Quandoo could not be found. I'd called earlier to find the location as the website address did not indicate which floor the restaurant was at. The service staff then informed me there was no record of my online reservation but nevertheless she took my request and reserved a corner seat for 4 as requested. Quandoo needs to improve & communicate the online reservation to Arteastiq.

The food was great but unfortunately, the service was slightly frustrating. The place was not crowded but it could be that the preparation of the intricate tea takes up a lot of time of the waitresses and so they don't have time to service the customers at the tables. They were too busy preparing the tea to take our orders, explain how the brunch set meal works and to serve the dessert at the end. It was very hard to understand how the brunch set meal works. And the waitresses were all too busy to explain in detail to us. So it was a trial and error experience for us as the wrong orders were taken as a result as they misunderstood what we want and we misunderstood how the set meal works.

Not sure if quandoo did actually made the booking. Reservation made but not recorded down. No point booking one of the staff is unfriendly but the rest are fine. Dinner menu changed and not updated. But overall the food wasnt so bad. Just that the restaurant processes can be done better.

Went for dinner on 24 nov, place was quiet and ambience was nice. Service staff seemed pretty unapproachable and curt. Not rude, but just seem unfriendly because staff were mostly not smiling the whole time we were there. Responses were very one-word without any elaborations when asked about recommendations. Also, proper table setting would have been a nice touch given the pleasing interior design, but we were met with a disappointing bunch of cutlery placed haphazardly on the table instead of being properly placed Not any fault of the restaurant, but would have appreciated better table manners from other customers too (baby toys rattling loudly, loud conversations, poor dressing in a nice restaurant).

We liked the appetizer with foi gras (panini morsi). A generous amount of foi gras. For the main course, the Boston Love boat was interesting in terms of the tomato-based soup. However, the pastry covering was a bit too 'doughy' - not as flaky as what used to be served in the now defunct Country Manna restaurant. The other main dish, salted egg yolk capellini (Symphony from the East) was an interesting fusion dish, with thai basil. The salted egg cream was just right, not too overwhelming, but with salted egg to feel satisfying. Finally, the dessert we chose, the professional, despite the fanciful name, was basically a tiramisu. Pleasant, and sufficient moist - though sadly not with alcohol. Overall a pleasant meal, esp with a coupon which entitled us to 20% discount. The only slight flaw in the experience was that the waitress who did our bill told us after the dinner the discount did not cover the set - when we were told explicitly by another waiter that it did. However, this was settled and the discount was given. (The coupon explicitly stated dinner set)
