decent food, seafood high tea was interesting. Service was prompt as well, except that the waiting time between dishes are pretty long. worth trying the high tea!

Restaurant was short handed, thus, the service was somewhat delayed & jeopardized. Nonetheless, the mains served were delicious, visuals were on point & dessert was refreshing as well.

Much better outlet than Mandarin Gallery I felt. I’m glad I did not boycott Arteastiq and decided to give it another try~

Nice comfy sofa with good view, good food and good friends. I can’t ask for more. Staff were helpful and friendly too. One order was wrongly served but was quickly rectified.

Their main dishes are unique, creative and taste bud fulfilling. Out of all their fruit teas, Lychee tea is one of the nicest and refreshing.

Excellent afternoon tea time, reasonable price with delicious salty food and sweets set, enjoyed the tea the most! Will definitely visit it again! Good good

The atmosphere is great and quiet. It is nice to catch up with friends in this place. The high tea set is at a reasonable price. Both the sweet and savoury small bites on the high tea set are yummy and enjoyable. Worth the visit. Recommended!!!

It’s a very nice place for conversation, staff are very knowledgeable, and the food is very appetising. The food takes a little longer to serve than I had expected. A wonderful experience indeed.

Love the wide tea selection there and great food and service too. Would be great if the macorons could be ordered a lar carte too!

Love their teas! The food was pretty normal. Ambiance is nice as well. Overall good experience though a tad pricey for the quality of the food.

ambience on a weekday night was good. but the portions are small and not worth the price. restaurant also does not serve water. the food is okay.

The ambience of the cafe is good and staff are friendly too. Food is great! A pity that my friend and me went late, we didn’t get to try painting.

Nice ambience and decor. Nice view if you get window seats but you get the sun's rays in your eyes when it's sunny outside - probably should consider installing roller blinds. Portions very small for the tea-sets-good for tete-a-tete, not if you're hungry. The fruit teas were delicious though and service was great! Ended up ordering extra sides and total bill came up to a sizeable amount - similar or probably more expensive than high tea at some hotels in town, which offer unlimited refills.

Staff could have been more attentive but the service was good. Steak was tender and the tea that came with the set lunches was exquisitely presented.

Absolutely terrible. I would have chosen 0 star if given a choice. Even with the Amex 50% off, this is not at all worth any cents. The prawn "bisque" was watery and bland. A bowl of prawn noodle soup from any hawker centre would have tasted better. The crab cake has a weird taste to it. The salted egg yolk capellini has no salted egg yolk taste at all and it was bland. Arugula was used to garnished every dish, even the soup. Basically, it seemed like an arugula meal for my wife and myself. The only thing that was of restaurant standard was the lavender panna cotta, not that it's a really good panna cotta (cos it was too stiff and not jiggly enough) but probably only because that was the only dish that had enough taste and flavour. We left the restaurant feeling frustrated despite the 50% off.

We had yummy food from the weekday lunch menu. generous Duck confit and the fried chicken sausage wrapped in mash potato with a cheese sauce is surprisingly delicious. friendly staff helps!

Good service and nice & relaxing ambient. Reasonable price after discount using the Amex Platinum/Love Dining discount. Creative menu, great presentation and food taste good. Wide variety of choices for tea.

Young male service staff was very polite, helpful and responsive. Ambience was ok as it was not crowded on that noon. Menu can be improved with more palatable choices.

the ambience was lovely. we got a double teasery, generous helpings of smoked salmon, but somewhat lacklustre sweets. french rose tea is really fragrant!

Nice ambience and deco.. A weekday afternoon is good for gatherings as place is relatively empty. Food was served rather fast and their signature high tea set was pretty affordable. Highly recommend their pomelo tea.

Food was average and service was extremely slow. Took more than 15 mins for a tra to be served. Overall not a very good experience!

Brunch was considered ok but the tea was really good with a different tinge of cookies served at the side, with surprising flavour indeed! Great!

Menu could have be better. Staff was helpful.. and I realised using a particular credit card does entitled some discount but was not informed.. it would be great to inform customers I feel.

Good ambience but was a little disappointed with the small selection of mains. Would have been better if the server could have made some recommendations on the food choices. Love the lychee tea though!

The food took some time to be served. Overall, food and beverages ordered were good, though the spicy cookie served with the tea was an acquired taste. Service staff were friendly. Will be back again.

Been to Arteastiq serveral time. A nice place to chill with your Best Friend. Food: Quite expensive Staff: can be more attentive and smile more.

It has a fabulous ambience and fortunately the afternoon sun was gentle yesterday. Can't imagine it would be like on a hot day. While the seats are cosy, the UV rays deterred spending long hours there.

Nice ambience, food portion a bit smal but great teas! Really enjoyed the lychee tea that I ordered. There was also interesting flavoured biscuits that came with the tea.

Average food and more on the expensive side of things

Good quality food with some artistic feel. Ambience at the Plaza Singapura branch is quiet and cosy. Seated by the window but it would be good if the management could consider a night curtain to block direct sunlight. Feels hot during the afternoon sun. Overall service is good but they forgotten to replenish their moscato so i got the Seafood High Tea Set for 2 with 1 wine and 1 moscato. I would like to highlight one area whereby one of the staff served our drinks with a disposal gloves. Not sure if she is handling some trash and it is not hygenic. Overall my money is worth spending !
