Waiter Bryan was extremely moody and unprofessional. He also did not bother to explain why he could not serve water for medication that I needed to consume prior to my meal.

Had to wait for more than 15 minutes even though we had made reswrvations befotehand. A long wait in everything from being seated, food ordering till paying bill. Food wise isn't that fantastic after all the chasing for orders repeatedly. Wouldn't go back unless services have improved.

Friendly service staff. The restaurant wasn't too crowded on a Friday lunch hour. Food was good as well; the brunch set was very worth it.

Beautiful presentation. Good food, but a little on the pricey side. Lovely teas, also pricey. But wonderfully attentive service at dinnertime. The staff came over to explain how we could choose to eat the dish. Definitely coming back again!

Service was excellent and the food is yummy! A recommended place for friends' gathering, ladies' high tea or romantic meals with partners. Love the lychee tea which was very unique! :)

Went there for dinner several times but high tea for the first time! High tea set was pretty and very value for money! Must try!

Tea, food and ambiance was excellent. Need a tad improvement on services though. Seemed under-staff and had to wait more than 30mins for my main course.

First and last visit. Waited for an hour and to my surprise, the order wasn't sent! The waitress keyed in the iPad thing and even repeated our orders. But, it wasn't sent! So we had to wait for another half and hour or so to get our food. Awful experience.

Food is awesome and price is reasonable. Service was excellent too!

Nice ambience for chill out with friends. A wide range of tea offerings. I like that they have a bell to call for service. Food a little pricey though.

The food and drinks were great. We ordered the crab cake Benedict and lychee tea. Good service as well. Love the seats next to the window with plenty of natural light.

I must say the service has improved, they has become more flexible when I have a friend with food allergies dining with us. They bother to inform on the ingredients and allow to change the dish even Brunch time special was already over. Keep it up.

Went there several times and was disappointed that the menu was changed. Preferred the old menu better with more choices and more reasonable prices. Overall still satisfied.

It was my first visit to Arteastiq. The ambience was nice, the staff were friendly and the food was better than expected. Like the presentation and taste of the lychee tea.

Nice place with great view. Good place for an afternoon tea with friends. However, food is not as good as it was in Mandarin Gallery.

The food was average. Ordered the duck confeit sandwich and I had more fat and skin than duck meat. The sweet potato fries were good though.
