Seats were dirty which shows a low level of hygiene. Ambience is good. Food is served nicely but seafood was a tad over cooked, could have been better...

Ordered the Burrata and while it was decent, I've definitely tasted better. This Burrata was more creamy than cheesy, and I didn't really like how Lavender oil was drizzled over the cucumber. It didn't go with the cheese at all and kinda felt like I was eating aromatherapy LOL. The Pear Tea was great as usual, with just the right balance of flavours, but the Nasi Lemak biscuits that came with it were NASTY. Anchovies DO NOT go in cookies!! Luckily, the staff were nice enough to give us a change of biscuits and we had the lemon one instead which was much more pleasing to the tastebuds. Overall, the service was good and the food was so-so. Think I'll be sticking to just the sweet treats (like afternoon tea) and the various teas here, the mains are nothing spectacular.

Good service and selection of good , nice food and food presentation which explain the price. Seatings are very close to each others, otherwise, a good place for a lazy weekend brunch.

Choices of dishes are alittle surprisingly different from other cafes which is refreshing, ordered the lychee iced tea which is very fragrant and the burrata is fantastic!

Good ambience and excellent service, food is decent. Would recommend for gathering. But food variety is limited. Fruit tea is very nice and flavorful. Pricing is reasonable.

Food was good. My second time and request was answered. However, customer service on the phone was not pleasant. The guys was in a rush to hang up and was talking to colleagues and me at the same time.

Weekday high tea was a disappointment. No scones, no sandwiches or cake. Cheap ice cream cones sprinkled with pink choc bits, macaroons, 2 small chocolates n mini cream puffs. Savory section was slightly better. Their specialty tea was the only saving grace. Will not return.

The food is not worth the amount I've paid. With the amount I paid I could hv eaten something much better. Tea was ok though.

Very slow service. The top 2 choices that we wanted are sold out. Probably it was not available for 1 for 1 but did not tell us beforehand.

Ambience is good. Hi tea food taste so so but love their ice lychee tea. Service from the staff is okay. Cleanliness of the sofa seats and utensils can be improved.

The drinks we had were amazing, ginseng and lychee, which perfectly accompanied the food. The food, however, left much room for improvement, especially the smoked salmon and foie gras.

Nice ambience and earnest staff but clearly understaffed. Food was nice especially the seafood stew and the steak. The crab cakes was not bad too. The duck crêpes was not great though.

Great ambience and great food!! The service by the staff was great! Had the Luscious Seafood High Tea for 2. We loved the salted egg baby octopus and pan seared sea scallops. The promelo and lychee tea was superb! Highly recommended for a great date

I enjoyed my meals at Arteastiq, food is good, ambience is great, staff is efficient and friendly. It has been a vast improvement compare to when it just started. However, my husband felt that the all-day brunch menu portion is insufficient for a man's appetite.

The ambience and decor is nice but could do with a little more cleaning. We arrived at 11am for the first seating but found lots of crumbs on the sofa, suggest to get a handheld vacuum. The drinks were nicely presented and delicious, but the food was pretty disappointing. I ordered the chicken and waffle. The salad was tossed on top on the chicken and waffle, it looked "artistic" but realistically salad is a cold food and the chicken + waffle are hot food....definitely shouldn't be mixed like that. The fried chicken also did not seem fresh, felt day old, for the price definitely was not worth it.

Love the bangers & mash but would not say so for the duck confit sandwich, where the duck meat was rather dry and not as flavourful. The ambience was really welcoming, comforting and service was prompt and efficient too!

Awefully overpriced for the quality of food. The wagyu steak for example tastes worse than some neighbourhood western food stall. For the price, anywhere else is better.

Place was inviting. Staff were very friendly. Cozy decor. Steak was dismissal. Had a smell. Pastry soup was awesome!! Dessert was sorry, very sad. Panna cotta gone wrong. Tasted more like pudding. They don't serve tap water here only bottled. Went during the brunch 1 for 1 promo. Otherwise bill may leave a gapping hole in me wallet.
