Overall was good! I enjoyed their the tea most and main dish wasn’t so bad as well.

Staff was not very friendly. We had high tea and find that the food was average too.

Staff wasn’t very welcoming and released our table despite us arriving on the dot. We had to wait for a next table and staff wasn’t the least bit apologetic.

Second time ar Arteastiq (first time was at Mandarin Gallery), I must say that the staff at Jewel are must better and attentive than Mandarin Gallery and the teas (lychee tea as always) are really good. High tea set was affordable and yummy as well.

Apparently i have make a reservation here but is not reflected in their system. Luckily walkin queue wasnt too long. Food and ambiance is good.

Unfortunately, a hard pass for me. The high tea is just not it. Loved the tea, hated the desserts. The only decent ones I've had were the macaroons, truffle pasta and mac and cheese. The jam on the tuna cookie was so terrible that I wanted to puke. My boyfriend, who is very easy to please, even he couldn't swallow it. Service is also very slow and the staff is not attentive at all. It was a waste of $75. If you want good tea though, you can come here for it. Just don't get the high tea.

Table was released before our arrival despite the holding time stated as 15 min. Staff’s service was also nonchalant. Previous visit there was way better. Maybe just a bad day.

Hi tea set was value for money. portion a bit small though

Reservations made for the cosy seats but the girl waitress refuse to give saying only 3 can sit there. I have sat there many times when my party was 2 but she was not helpful. I dine there at least once or twice a month and usually your staff are not like that.

Went on Sun afternoon which was a bad choice due to huge crowd & hot weather. Some of the staff may not be so attentive or friendly but overall service was still ok. Ordered high tea set for 2...it was pretty disappointing becos the food was so so & limited variety w small portion. The teas are of usual good quality
