Arteastiq Bistro Jewel Changi

The place and ambience was so posh and the food was great. Nice place to chill out with friends when you're near Jewel Changi area.

Food and ambience is great at jewel branch. Having the dining in the garden concept. However service is average, food was serve just putting at one corner of table and we have to pass it around among ourselves (abit like coffee shop Zhi char serving). During reservation we indicate is for bday celebration, hence expecting some surprise from the restaurant but there’s nothing. Think there’s still some room for improvement on their service part consider their price is on a high side.

First time having Arteastiq & I enjoyed the experience! Will be going back for the tea, the food is not bad too. Atmosphere not bad but could be improved. For service, I feel that staffs should be friendlier.

It was my second time there for an afternoon tea. I love the ambiance and the food presentation was definitely insta worthy too. The teas were definitely the highlight at Arteatique. The pastries and savouries for the National Treasure tea set were delightful too although the price was a little steep.

We reached the place only to know that the "National" Afternoon Tea set is sold out. I mean... we were there only for that set. And I told the lady in the phone when she called me for confirmation that I am here for that set--she didn't say anything about it being sold out (and that was like just 20mins before we reached)? The place was so crowded and I could eavesdrop to the conversations from both my left and right. Quite interesting lah, but the atmosphere is nothing like its pictures would describe. The tea is nice and delicious. The "non-National" tea set is okay lah. But the whole place is just SO open, it is definitely a poor choice for dating. Will never come to this branch again unless I am alone.

Always a lovely place to hangout with all the good food and ambiance. But pls bring back the beef stroganoff pasta 🙏🏼

Relaxing place, ambience good. But tea set - food taste below par. And seats are too close; don’t think there’s 1m distancing between seats.

It a relax and cosy environment for fellowship. Only disappointment that there is not much of dessert choices to choose from.

This is my 2nd time at Jewel's Arteastiq. The ambience is always great, with prompt service from the staff upon request. The pasta serving is good given the price and location and the crayfish pasta was great. Also had the fish and chips and lychee tea which were great as well. Will be back for high tea!

Reservations made but put us at a small table near the kitchen/bar counter. Lots of traffic and place was hot (not sure is it due to weather or fact that we are near the kitchen). Would prefer the Plaza Sing outlet.

Excellent food and coffee in a lovely Al Fresco setting. Highly recommended.

Service staff was not very attentive. Service was relatively slow despite the number of tables but it may also be due to lesser staff because of the covid situation so it's understandable. Ordered medium steak but it came well done, my friend ordered medium well but it was also well done. Taste was still pretty good. Will still visit but may not order their steak in future.

Great experience. The waiter was attentive and served us promptly. The environment can be improved though as it is located on the 5th floor of Jewel, it can be quite hot on sunny days with the glass panels

Ice pear tea is a must to order. Atmosphere is great. However food is very underwhelming. It is either too salty or bland. Not a very good cut of sirloin steak. Presentation of food is amazing. Overall food is more for the instagram glam than taste.
