Hopefully they can provide shelters for some sitting areas as some of the areas are quite hot n glaring during lunch time. So it’s quite uncomfortable.

Poor service, food is not as nice as expected. We ordered both sets of high tea.

Not many places were opened at Jewel past 10pm so was glad to get a table at Arteastiq. Very nice ambience and the teas were awesome!

The table seating are too cramp, given the nice presentation of the food but table was too small to accomodate. Food is superb and in good quality with authentic kuehs. Monet is nice too. Love the nasi lemak cookies too. The environment is abit rowdy given that the crowd is for JEWEL. Hopefully, it wont be so rowdy in a few months time and i will patronize again.

We we’re a bit upset when the staff said the tea we ordered was not on the list that can be refilled with hot water. I just hope every tea can be refilled.

The atmosphere was good, the pasta & spicy Escargot was awesome, the afternoon high tea was nice I loved the tea (there were a number of tea selections) but the food was just ok. The service was slow but they were nice and friendly.

My friend and I were late due to the traffic congestion and when we arrived, a male service staff (short spikey hair) rudely told us off that we were late and it is cancelled. He even waved us off with his hand which he was still wearing a pair of blue gloves for food preparation. While we are not aware that the table will be cancelled automatically but he could have told us nicely instead of shouting at us! Never going back again. Rudest F&B Staff ever! SUCH A TURN OFF!

I made a request when making a reservation. Nobody got back to me even it was not possible to fulfill my request. ! very disappointed !!

Good food and nice atmosphere makes for a pleasant high tea experience. Only complaint is that the space is too small.

I went there twice and their service is still as bad. The staff are not alert and often slow. They don’t ask customers if they need water or serviettes.

I ordered 2 high tea sets for 4 pax and was told the price of each high tea set $48 for 2 pax include drinks except for acholic n collagen types. But in the end I was charged for all the drinks. Really don’t understand why. I wasn’t the one who paid, only noticed the bill after we got home.

Food was very good. Other than that nothing to rave about. Place was very cramped and we got a shitty table at the corner even though I reserved it and ask for a nice cosy table as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Service was slow and we waited 10 minutes just to pay our bill even after giving our credit card.

Love this place.. Nice ambience and floral smell. Service staff is good.

Great location at the forest@Jewel.. seating was a little cramp and we found it too close to the kitchen counter.. but its not a very big place so forgivable.. Food and service was great.. Attentive staff and serving times were shorter than expected (which was awesome as we were quite hungry)! Definitely would visit again to try the other dishes..

Had to wait for about 20min for the earlier group of customers to leave before we were given the seats. But generally a nice place with good food!

A bit slow in serving probably cos it was crowded on a Sunday. Hot as not enough shade.

Food had balanced flavours and was easy to enjoy. Dessert was excellent and worth it. Cocktail took a while to come but it was worth the wait. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely go back for more.

Great ambiance for a casual alfresco rooftop dining experience at Jewel. Tea selection was great. We tried the afternoon tea set (classic) which came with a small selection of sweets and savouries - they were not exactly filling if you are hungry or have a big appetite. Go for the tea beverages, it will not go wrong. Will come back to try more of the beverage selection!

Food taste good and the waiters/waitresses are friendly and helpful

Ideal place for casual dining with good food & drinks selection

I like the place, nice deco, comfy, but seems to be short handed, not enough staff. Also, am not sure about the hygiene at food preparation. When we received our signature high tea set, the first thing I spotted was a hair in the cheese cake. Not a long strand of hair, but a really short one. Ewwww. Informed the staff and they replaced it immediately. I really appreciate that. But ewww anyway. Expected better standards for the price. The sweet and the savoury was good.

While the other areas were really crowded, the restaurant was relatively quiet with not many customers. Food and desserts were great. We enjoyed it.

Food portions were small, not value for money. The food were over cooked especially the egg yolk. Will not go back or recommend to anyone
