good atmosphere with nice food. friendly staff. worth it to visit

Food is nice but atmosphere not so ideal compared to the other outlets. I'll choose other outlets to dine in the future but not Jewel.

Food was good and value for money. However, the servers do not seem experience eg was not clear in articulating whether we can get drinking warm water etc. It could however get a bit warm in the afternoon when sunny as there is not much shelter. Overall, we might visit again in the future but probably not lunch.

Beautiful place with great attentive staff. High tea was not only aesthetically beautiful but also tasty. Enjoyed the high tea food and tea alot. Only thing is it can feel slightly hot and sunny in the afternoons and dont feel much of air con. But overall, great visit and will definitely be back :)

Great place to chill and enjoy the afternoon tea. A bit noisy as it is an open space with passerby walking behind us. But other than that, everything else are perfect!

Nice ambiance and great service. We had fun celebrating our friend's birthday. The food selection is good too, some new dishes different from the other 2 Arteastiq outlets.

We arrived early, they allowed us to be seated as our table was already prepared. But music was a bit too loud, we requested to soften it. But after a few minutes, another staff turn it back to original loud volume again..... They do not serve plain water, even if we pay for it.

My visit to the restaurant was great! The only issue I had during the meal was that the sun was shining too brightly and it was very warm for us and could not enjoy the meal. I have called Arteastiq a few times to confirm my reservation and asked for the information of the high tea menu and prices, the staffs that answered my calls were always in a hurry to hang up the phone. It was my first time booking and I have many queries but was cut off. So I was very anxious as I do not know if there might have any technical issues that went wrong with the booking process. Though the customer service at the bistro itself was great, and the food was good too.

Music was a little loud . We could not hear each other speak . But the staff turned it down upon request which was really nice of them. Excellent service . Staff were very attentive despite being super busy

Food is delicious but the sweet on the high tea set should improve.

It was my first time at this outlet and I think that that it was worth it! My family and I enjoyed our time there, didn’t think it’d be a quiet time on a public holiday! Will be back for sure :)

Nice and pleasant area. Good to reserve early and get a sofa seat! Evening ambience is the best.

Landed after a flight and decided to catch my lunch at Arteastiq Bistro. Ordered something different this time, the Surfing with Mermaids – Pan Seared Salmon. The fish was fresh and portion was just nice, cost a little more on the steep side.

The Deco was perfect for a date. The food portion was great, could be a bit more for the price but the taste made up for it. The ambience wasn't very conducive for a chat as we were seated near the common walkway and there was high human traffic. It was distracting and noisy unfortunately.

Like the signature hi tea set, lychee tea is so refreshing. Will come back again !

Staff went to the extra miles to call and inform me on the timing of their last order because my reservation time was just about 30 mins prior to closing time. Food came fast as it was already close to midnight.

Some seats were relatively close to the other tables. Service could have been a tad better and quicker, however, they only had 2 service staff working during the busy peak hours at dinner time - so couldn't really fault them. Food was not too bad, their teas are better than the main course in my opinion. The atmosphere was great though!

Need to increase the manpower as i can see the shortage of manpower during peak time, we have difficulty getting your staff on placing our order or request.

It’s delightful for photo taking with the nice ambience and food decorations. Happy to take nice shots (before and while gobbling up the food) with my mommy and aunty as memories. Although it would have been better if food quantity (too little) is more, the savoury ones are delicious! A little sunshine too much! Lychee is nice!

I only don't like the location of our table. not so comfortable...

We had the tea set for 2, fantastic osmanthus oolong tea escargot, very good, tricolour black truffle pasta, very flavourful truffle aroma Seafood puff pastry, big serving good for 2, and mont blanc for dessert, love it! Must try for chestnut fan!
