Though the location is out of the way, but that is exactly the ideal peaceful environment for a gathering with friends or family. Service is excellent with friendly staffs who are attentive. It is family friendly, a good place for dine, wine, chat. They have a decent live band Recommend the Fresh Onion Rings. It’s Excellent! Favorite item on the menu. A must order or two for every visit.

We have 3 adults and 2 kids and here for breakfast! The food is nice and portion is big, although a bit pricy. The atmosphere is good with Disney musics. Do not forget to order the coffee as well. Overall experience is good. Definitely will be back again!

My mistake for not checking the Friday menu first before booking (Weekend Grill). Just had my wisdom tooth extraction on the same day and there was nothing for me to order (not even soup) as A La Cart menu is not available. Kids menu do have soup with some easier to chew food but they only allow one order as I only bring one child.

We had grilled lobster and meat lover’s platter. Food was really good, but staff training has huge rooms of improvement. According to the menu, the grill kitchen was scheduled to open by 5.30pm. We reached at 5.20pm and was told by a junior staff kitchen opening was ‘pushed back’ to 6, which to me meant food can only be ready by 6.20pm earliest since it would take time to grill. And I was alrdy there at 5.20pm. After a hoo-ha, a senior staff then committed to serving food by 6. Which they did by 550pm. So all was still well, but would have been better if the team was better trained to communicate info with guests correctly.

Before I leave a full review, I would like to commend the manager Didi for being able to resolve our issues in a friendly and professional way. Thumbs up to the Filipina supervisor too..The other manager (not sure if she is Chinese or Malay) - needs training in terms of handling customer's feedback. She kept interrupting my husband while we are giving feedback and becomes very defensive. Someone must tell her that the first step to handling customer's feedback is to listen. How can she understand about our concerns if she won't let us talk ? It is not really about her but about the service/ product so there's really no need to be defensive about it to the point that you have to argue with a customer. As you know your restaurant is a destination place.....meaning you especially have to travel there intentionally since the location is not to conveniently located. For us to travel there means we have a certain level of expectations set. 1. Nobody greeted us at the entrance. We have to seat ourselves inside the restaurant 2. When we are ready to order, I called the attention of the staff to indicate we are ready to place our order. 3 staff just looked at me and ignored me. Nobody even acknowledge or told me that they will get back to me when they are already free. Finally one staff approached and took our order 3. About the food Nachos - not crunchy Chicken wings - burnt Fries - soggy Pizza - okay Coke - diluted The cost price of a coke is probably a few cents. You could have replaced it immediately rather than arguing with customer and insisting that you are right. It is not worth it to travel quite far just to receive that kind of treatment and get those products. Food is lousy and service is even lousier. Definely have many rooms for improvement
