A place far from town and love the atmosphere. So always will bring customers and friends there.

The people who serve us are friendly. Location is near my work place too.

Nice chill out place. Quiet and no packed. Will visit again.

My mistake for not checking the Friday menu first before booking (Weekend Grill). Just had my wisdom tooth extraction on the same day and there was nothing for me to order (not even soup) as A La Cart menu is not available. Kids menu do have soup with some easier to chew food but they only allow one order as I only bring one child.

We had grilled lobster and meat lover’s platter. Food was really good, but staff training has huge rooms of improvement. According to the menu, the grill kitchen was scheduled to open by 5.30pm. We reached at 5.20pm and was told by a junior staff kitchen opening was ‘pushed back’ to 6, which to me meant food can only be ready by 6.20pm earliest since it would take time to grill. And I was alrdy there at 5.20pm. After a hoo-ha, a senior staff then committed to serving food by 6. Which they did by 550pm. So all was still well, but would have been better if the team was better trained to communicate info with guests correctly.

Before I leave a full review, I would like to commend the manager Didi for being able to resolve our issues in a friendly and professional way. Thumbs up to the Filipina supervisor too..The other manager (not sure if she is Chinese or Malay) - needs training in terms of handling customer's feedback. She kept interrupting my husband while we are giving feedback and becomes very defensive. Someone must tell her that the first step to handling customer's feedback is to listen. How can she understand about our concerns if she won't let us talk ? It is not really about her but about the service/ product so there's really no need to be defensive about it to the point that you have to argue with a customer. As you know your restaurant is a destination place.....meaning you especially have to travel there intentionally since the location is not to conveniently located. For us to travel there means we have a certain level of expectations set. 1. Nobody greeted us at the entrance. We have to seat ourselves inside the restaurant 2. When we are ready to order, I called the attention of the staff to indicate we are ready to place our order. 3 staff just looked at me and ignored me. Nobody even acknowledge or told me that they will get back to me when they are already free. Finally one staff approached and took our order 3. About the food Nachos - not crunchy Chicken wings - burnt Fries - soggy Pizza - okay Coke - diluted The cost price of a coke is probably a few cents. You could have replaced it immediately rather than arguing with customer and insisting that you are right. It is not worth it to travel quite far just to receive that kind of treatment and get those products. Food is lousy and service is even lousier. Definely have many rooms for improvement

Sat outdoor so service was not very attentive. Dog friendly place! Food was good though especially the pulled pork pizza

Understaffed but did not mind a little waiting because staffs were responsive and could tell they are trying their best to serve everyone within shortest time possible. Overall very pleasant dining experience.

Food was a lil disappointed. As Starters were served, and followed by mains, soon after even tho we are done with Starters. We ordered as well for 2 Guinness for one of us, and they served both together as well. When we feedback to hold the drink, it was simply put into the fridge and was served again after. Waiter for the meal was not attentive as well.. we had to shift away our starter plates, and move our mains on our own. Starter plates were only cleared after almost like 15-20mins later. One of our worst visits to Young’s.. was much better on our earlier visits.
