Celebrated my birthday there! A male staff even sang birthday song when bringing out the lava cake. Funny guy! Made our night :)

The small bites are nice. Pricing wise is a little high. The seats at the sofa has a little smell.

Food was delicious and innovative! Great for a big group of people to order more dishes

Expensive place to go.. the food portion very small for the price we are paying. Taste wise, I think can give it a miss. Not worth from my point of view. Only nice thing was the live band. Sitting indoor can be super noisy due.

3rd time visit. Was there to celebrate birthday, 'tent' seat empty but was later told a mnimum spending but I didn't read it on webpage. Recommended burnt beef cube to my friends but it was smaller than the last I came but not to our liking. Staff friendly to replace with less burnt beef and it taste really good. Another staff took wrong drink order but we are alright. Inconsistent advice on live band start date. Live band was good!

Cheese Hokkien mee is toooooooooo salty. Sad that you guys charged for plain water

Tipsy Flamingo is diagonally opposite our accommodation (Carlton Hotel). We sat outside to take up the ambiance. Quality of food exceeded expectations.

Girl who seated was lovely! First 2 guys were absolutely stellar & had me trying a "new Halloween themed" drink they're experimenting with. DELISH! However, the Chinese skinny guy who took our bill closed our receipt b4 I could even get my points for it. Utter disappointment coz I had signed up that day whilst making reservations. Mind you, we had been waiting for 3 months to dine here and I was super duper excited to start using my membership & accumulate points. He knew this coz I was asking him ?s on how to do so w my phone out showing him. He still proceeds to take payment and closed the receipt. It's the lil things as such that makes a customer dine choose elsewhere where they know their points and the "feeling of looking forward to" will go to waste.

Could not even get to the menu. Noise level was so bad we could not hear the server. Done after 5 minutes. Will never go back, in fact told the people waiting not to bother, so they left too. Really bad concept

We had a weekend lunch. Food was disappointing this time. The meats were overcooked and the seafood didn't taste fresh. Service was alright but overall it was not a good dining experience.

My first time visiting a Tipsy brand. Found the food to be small in the portions for the price point we are paying. The 2 platters for $22 was also disappointingly small. The cocktail I ordered was so-so, in fact a little disappointed. In this day & age, I expect to pay the kind of price but for a good quantity. After all, if you are not generous then I doubt I’ll be a repeat customer.

I really liked the ambience of the restaurant. Went there for the 1-1 OCBC set meal but was disappointed that the picture in the menu was not reflective of the portion

Service staff v friendly n efficient. Mr Then was gd serving us. As for booth seating, I feel that $400 min spending for lunch is too high. Maybe dinner is ok if we have 5/6 pax

waiting time was super good as I made rezo via quandoo! had a lovely time, but I was seated outside. there was a live band inside and i can imagine that it's not very conducive for the patrons seated inside to have a decent Convo. lovely food, tho quantity small.
