Ambience was comfortable. Food presentation could be better, e.g manpower could be added for Sashimi station and skewers provided for cheese fondue dip (no sign there either).

Always a great dining experience. Creative yet delicious food. Service was impeccable and lively ambience. The regal setting makes it an easy choice to bring guests who are visiting Singapore.

Great service and good food... value for price. One of the best high tea in town. Group of 6 went in and came out happy!

Quiet and nice place to spend the afternoon. Catching up with friends. The food is delicious and the spread is wide and wonderful. Something for everyone.

They provide excellent service and remember my request that we are celebrating anniversary. They celebrate the special day with cake, photo and card. We are very touched with their little gesture.

Delights all the senses to the max. Good spread of food - tastefully presented and fresh. Tea selection is great but miss the TWG white Tea range.

The Shangri La Experience is splendid, with a fine selection of international food, pastries and desserts, to indulge in both the ambience and culinary splendor.

Very nice atmosphere n food. Has been back for many occasions best afternoon tea so far compare to the rest. Good for gathering. Will be back soon

Dining at Rose Veranda has always been a lovely experience ! The staff are very helpful and cater to also vegetarians . Great family experience!

Quality food is served, however, there are changes to the tea selection. Before the renovation, there used to be over 50 choices of TWG tea variety. But now the selection options have shrunk significantly. Alittle disappointed , but i will still visit again due the nice ambience as well as excellent customer service!

The Rose Veranda has changed quite a bit since my last visit 2 years ago. Basically, the overall experience was good especially the service. But sad to say the food quality was not as good as before.

Everyone enjoy n love the environment. Food was not bad but it could be nicer if hv more variety. We love the choices of tea they offers.

Always our first choice restaurant for our celebrations of all happy occations. Nice embience with high standard of service from the staff. Love the place.

Great selection of sweet and savoury options on offer. Sadly no scones though. All the staff worked really hard to keep everything topped up at all times so you never felt things were running out. Very busy so had to queue at times but we did attend on a public holiday so probably quieter at other times. Overall very enjoyable but remember to take a jacket/cardigan as the aircon was fierce! Even my husband who never notices the cold complained he was freezing.

The choices of food is very limited and the food is not nice at all. Service and ambience is good only. Hopefully to see more improvements.

Awesome service! Good to chillax on a weekday afternoon with their extremely long high tea from 1130-5pm! Choice of 2 tea / coffee! Love their rose moscato tea! Non alcoholic n perfect for breastfeeding mum like me who crave moscato!

The staff are attentive and always sees to out needs. The atmosphere is nice. My mum enjoyed her meals as this is supposed to be her birthday celebration. However, the variety of food should increase.

Excellent service, comfortable ambience and good selection of teas. A good place for gathering and catch up with friends and family. Go on weekdays and you can sit in till the whole session.

Great food, nice ambience and good service! The spread was just nice and of good quality. The tea selection was ok and the buffet came with either 2 tea choices or 1 tea and a coffee!

The food was not the same as I had before. Not impressed at all. Really sad and quite disappointing. Probably will not return back again.

Enjoy the ambience, with sofa and low table for High Tea comfort. Food wise was ok, not so many selection as claimed. We complaint to the Service Crew about the beef stroganoff, beef is tough and the taste was just not right. The Laksa and the baked Salmon are good. Dessert quite decent, with a lot of min cakes and Kuehs. The other thing that was a sore is the tea restriction. They should be more generous to allow us to change the type of tea and not restricting to just 1 type throughout.

Nice dinning place and has an enjoyable day at the restaurant. All servers were alert and friendly. Will definitely visit rhe restaurant again with friends.

We felt so welcome by the staffs. They’re friendly and service was excellent. We liked the spread of the high tea. The food was Super fresh and we enjoyed so much. I highly recommend this place

Service staff is very attentive. Widespread tea and food. Tea is lovely. Ambience is great. Quiet and private area. Would recommend friends to relax and refresh with nature.

Great atmosphere. Very wide selections of food and desserts. Staffs there were all very polite. Requested for a birthday cake and they even took a Polaroid for us.

The food spread / variety have changed such that the quality and variety have worsen. Not worth the price paid. I used to have good impression of the standard and food quality...;(

A relaxing afternoon with attentive service was great for a celebration we had. The rendang was to die for. More crackers with the cheese would be optimal. The cheese was lovely.

The service is very attentive despite the large crowd. The food portion and variety are constantly replenished. The ambiance is charming as usual. Overall, it is a great place to spend the afternoon with good friends over good food and beverages.

We had a pleasant and enjoyable afternoon high tea at The Rose Veranda. Good variety of food and not to mention we were spoilt for choice by the selection of teas on the menu. We were also impressed with the attentive service provided by the service staff. 👍🏻👏🏻

Nice variety of food! Everything was replenished swiftly and the staff were friendly and attentive. The bread and cheese selections were most delightful. It was nice to be able to order 2 complimentary drinks throughout the meal seating.

Had a good time but I think for the price they should add more dishes to their menu. But must say food was very good

Very friendly and helpful service staff, they provided us with shawls when we were freezing cold in the restaurant. Food selection is not huge but sufficient. Tea selection is awesome. So many to choose from!

Good experience w the food n service. The selection is varied especially for the dessert. The range of tea was also very good for multiple tries
