Food was good! Good spread for high tea though the seating between guests can be better spread out during non peak time. The staff were smiley, helpful and forthcoming.

Where the food is concerned, I had this impression that it was a mix between lunch and tea. Fried rice for high tea seemed a bit strange. Should be more innovative with the hi tea menu.

I think the spread is really not worth the price tag of S$65++ per person on a Sunday. Most of their famous local delights have been moved to another high tea at lobby lounge. And I'm sad with the low quality of Dim sum, the cheap stuff like mini springrolls little curry puff was quite a joke. And they no longer have 99 blends of tea. But mid afternoon, the piano from lobby is quite deafening. Will definitely not go back again. Rose Veranda will die in the wave of competition,

It is my 5 th time at Rose Veranda and each time it’s a beautiful experience . The waitress’s are especially very hospitable and friendly . Though we are vegetarian and food is limited we have a nice time since the Chef prepared vegetarian food for us.

We enjoyed ourselves when we were there to celebrate my Daughter’s graduation 👩‍🎓 but noticed that the quality of the food offered has dropped. Nevertheless the standard of their service is still very good.

We haven't been back for a year but were not impressed with the high tea buffet offerings. Cost cutting is apparent on food and beverages, and at $54++ was disappointing to say the least! Service however is excellent and the ambience is elegant.

Ambience was comfortable. Food presentation could be better, e.g manpower could be added for Sashimi station and skewers provided for cheese fondue dip (no sign there either).

The Shangri La Experience is splendid, with a fine selection of international food, pastries and desserts, to indulge in both the ambience and culinary splendor.

Dining at Rose Veranda has always been a lovely experience ! The staff are very helpful and cater to also vegetarians . Great family experience!

Quality food is served, however, there are changes to the tea selection. Before the renovation, there used to be over 50 choices of TWG tea variety. But now the selection options have shrunk significantly. Alittle disappointed , but i will still visit again due the nice ambience as well as excellent customer service!

The Rose Veranda has changed quite a bit since my last visit 2 years ago. Basically, the overall experience was good especially the service. But sad to say the food quality was not as good as before.

Everyone enjoy n love the environment. Food was not bad but it could be nicer if hv more variety. We love the choices of tea they offers.

Always our first choice restaurant for our celebrations of all happy occations. Nice embience with high standard of service from the staff. Love the place.

Great selection of sweet and savoury options on offer. Sadly no scones though. All the staff worked really hard to keep everything topped up at all times so you never felt things were running out. Very busy so had to queue at times but we did attend on a public holiday so probably quieter at other times. Overall very enjoyable but remember to take a jacket/cardigan as the aircon was fierce! Even my husband who never notices the cold complained he was freezing.
