Food isn't fantastically wow. Games in rather old condition. Staff seems to be a little inexperienced with the games. Toilet was dirty. Could have improve on service level

not bad. there's a lot of games..... lovely gathering for frens.

Lack of staff in the shop. We had to wait kind of long before a staff is available to assist us in regards to the games, and in ordering our Food & drinks.

Staff was ok, neither friendly or unfriendly. Games do need an upgrade.

Great place to spend the weekend playing games with your friends, service was good too and the packages are pocket-friendly. Would definitely be back soon!

Good service but food was only okay, we had a great time.

Not enough staff when we visited...therefore the service was a bit slow. Not enough cooks therefore the waiting time for the food was super long as there's a big table of 20+ people ordering as well.

The service was good and the staff are friendly. There werent a lot of customers that day when I visited so the staff kindly explain all the games and serve us drinks promptly.

Really great for group outings and we had the set package for the games as well. The cafe is noisy due to all the laughter from the games but we were fine with it. Food was not too bad as well.

Went on a Thursday which had an all-you-can-eat-and-play on offer. Beef lasagne and apple crumble were delicious. Large selection of games.

The staff was a bit rude(when we still deciding which package we are going to choose) and he wasn't sure of the product knowledge(not sure what was the cost of the package). The stuff was friendly when he come to our table and teach us how to play game.

Male staff with spec and long frindge was unfriendly. Rude when speaking to him and only very interested in attending to female customers. Very bad attitude.

Had fun playing Ugly Ugly. The staff taught us a new game- Nuns on the run. A complicated game which we took 45 mins to learn but turned out to be very fun. We like to reasonable rates at Mind cafe. However, they charge 50 cents per cup of water. Water should be free of charge.

Clean and good location which is in the heart of the city.

Fun evening. loads of games to choose. Definitely will return again. Plenty of food and beverages selection although food tastes so so only. but worth the price for Thursday promotion.

It is a great place to visit and hang out with your friends, there's a wide variety of games available and can ask the staff to recommend and teach you how to play the games . will bring them there again next time

My friend had a slight issue with one of the staff when she asked for an additional chair for my friend and was told that the chairs with backing are taken when there was actually no one seated there. It was resolved by another staff in the end so its alright. Wide variety of games and we had a very nice staff who explained the games to us. Will be back again for more board games.

Great staff - but a bit short handed as the place was only half full but we couldn't get anyone to help in explaining a specific game.

Friendly and helpful staff who saw us standing at the games corner cluelessly and taught us how to play games that we have never came across before! Student promo was affordable. $9++ with unlimited spending time, snacks and drinks. Would definitely come again to hang out with friends!!

Pretty good experience. First time there with my colleagues. Staff were friendly and offered the snacks "automatically" for our large group, whom we only chose our own drinks. Will come back again

My family and I are having fun at the cafe. Many games were taught to us by the friendly staffs. A small suggestion will be I hope more staff can know how to play some specific games such as 三国杀, rather than telling us the only staff that know how to play is not around and the rest do not know how to play the games.

Staffs were very helpful and patient in explaining the game rules to us. They are also very efficient in replenishing our tidbits and snacks without having being told to do so. My friends and I had a really enjoyable time there.
