The Mind Cafe - Board Games Cafe

Some of the games had missing pieces or didnt have instruction manuals. The staff were also busy so we were not able to approach them for help. It was hard finding games as well as they were stacked rather randomly.

Staff here are generally nice. Board games provided are really full of variety and I don't even know most games! Good place for friends who want to interact more, shout and yell their way through fun games. :)

Great variety of food. Tom yum chicken spaghetti tasted better than I expected. Reasonable price and large selection of games. Great for hanging out with friends

Time pass by really fun when I was there and it was really helpful for those facilitator to help me out with lots of games cos it was my first time.

Aircon was not working and it was warm. Many games variety but mostly not completed set or some spoil. Due to shortage of manpower the service was not so good.

Very good team bonding. Maybe a small suggestion would be to separate those noisy games like jenga or taboo in separate rooms from those quiter ones

They had pretty interesting games but could do with some maintenance of the games as some were really old and dirty. The staff were not sure of how to play some games as well.

Good selection of games, reasonably priced and decent quality food (though they did run out of certain varieties of finger food), good selection of drinks. Courteous staff.

It was fun and there were many games where we could choose from. Would be good to have at least 1-2 people who knows how to play some of the games. Overall, good place for groups to bond.

will def. revisit again. a good hang-out place w/ friends. hopefully they'll be able to hire more ppl though, seems like not enough manpower to help out the rest.

It was great! Table was prepared according to my booking reservation. Everything went well and no hipccups at all. I will Quandoo it again for mind cafe.

Nice place with lots games. Could be better if they are not so under-staffed. The staff is very helpful but too overwhelmed with work to provide better services.

Good place to go with friends and spend time. No drinks are allowed in this cafe is good, so no problems will happen in the cafe. people in the cafe are really friendly. if we have problem in games, they come and help in playing

Good environment with a good variety of board games. Played four hours and staffs were really helpful and patient explaining the games rules to us

Ambiance was cosy and we had alot of fun playing the games provided. Game library was huge to choose from as well. Will recommend to friends.

The cafe was fun, but a little shorthanded. Wanted to try some new games, but didnt have enough staff to explain the games to us.

Staff missed out our food orders twice, to the extend that we did not even bother to re-order. They also miscalculated our bills. x x

Good atmosphere all around. Wide variety of games to choose from for all ages. Outlet staff were friendly and helpful. Def recommended for all to come! 👍

Good location but way too noisy with all tables full.

1. Staff has no knowledge to play most of the games we have selected, they only know more of the popular games (e.g: exploding kittens). Told us to read instructions instead. Requested recommendation of games however the staff seem lost. 2. Ordered food and it didn't arrive - waited for 30minutes: upon inquiry to cancel as we are leaving, staff did not provide explaination Nor apology only to mentioned that it was not keyed in upon questioning. 3. Outlet is extremely understaffed and trying to seek for assistance was a extremely tedious chore. Left early despite taking the happy hour package, horrible experience and would never come back again.

very prompt service as we were seated father quickly and efficiently.. Helpful and friendly staff.. However staff were not very familiar with some of the games.

Great fun as usual. Staff tried putting us 4 pax on a 2 pax table as it was crowded but shifted us to a bigger table shortly. Other than that no issues except it gets loud during busy hours so be mentally prepared!

Staff were helpful whenever we needed help and were ready to guide us during our time there. Service was quick and prompt when serving food and getting the bill.

Great place to be at , and the booking went without a hitch. Good work minds cafe- I'll be back here again in no time;)!

Abit too rowdy for my taste. But the games have a wide variety and we had fun though. Food was not bad so we would come again probably.

We enjoyed visiting mind cafe. But Since we wanted to try new board games, it was difficult for us to find games with instructions and there was nobody in the starting to tell us how to play. Though later one of your staff members helped explain. The experience would have been better if instructions to games were available.

Awesome place to hang out with friends over board/card games. Ambience was just right and the service was excellent. Will definitely return again in future.

Games were okay. Reservation had no issues. Quite a pleasant 2nd trip. Could have had more games tho or maybe it was all snatched up by others considering it's crowded. Can't find a few games I played the last time I came. Some games had missing instruction manuals/parts too

The staffs there do not have the initative to serve customers for the xmas promotion 2015. 2 of them always at the cashier area. We have to ask them 2 times before they follow up on the actions.

The staff don't know how to play the games. :( not very good. :( all staff very young, miss out munchies etc. drinks serve after a few calls.:(

Cosy place for gaming. There are plenty of games to chose from! Both food and games availiable. Just that food are non-halal (to take note)

Good service from the staffs at the mind cafe(dhoby ghaut branch). Delicious food and drinks served. Great time with friends/family. You should head there. :)

Nice Place! Variety of games to choose from. They could probably improve the food and drinks menu, otherwise an amazing place to catch up with friends and family.

The staff was friendly, and atmosphere good. When my party arrived, our reservation was noticed almost immediately and acknowledged. They then led us to our tables and proceeded to introduce us to the activities.

The staff service is bad and the staff is not well understand on the games rule. It is hardly to have the chance to call the waitress

Bad service. Staff did not introduce games nor did they know how to play most of them. We were left to our own devices most of the time, and the free flow drinks also took very long to come. Could feel that they were a little understaffed, but the game knowledge of the staff was disappointing.

Some games had instructions and cards missing, but the staff are helpful. Do note that there is GST and service charge as we were not aware.

My first visit to Minds Cafe and had a good experience there. Games provided are fun, can have more varieties. Will intro to more friends and visit again.

Great prices, great concept - loved the variety of games and the atmosphere where it's OK to be loud, rowdy and have fun. The food was OK too and there are some really great deals. The cafe is open late too, so, people can go after work, after drinks, etc to hang out. Service was a bit slow and slightly unorganized, but it's largely self-service, so not too bad. I've gone several times and would definitely go again!

We had lots of fun in the cafe and were glad to be allocated to the sofa seat at the cosy corner. We were promptly served with drinks too!

Good selection of games. Overall okay only wish the staff could explain some of the rules of game to us. The arrangement of tables and chairs were ideal

The staff are not very helpful as the place was very crowded, everything have to be done self-service. Including games, and topping up of drinks

One of the best places to visit for a simple and enjoyable time with family or friends and, they carry an extensive variety of board games suitable for all ages.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Introduced a few nice games for me and my friends. Atmosphere were nice and comfortable, will definitely visit again. Nice place to chillax.

Second time back at the Prinsep cafe and still had a really good experience! Games were great too except for some of them which had tokens went missing. Hopefully they can do something about it. Overall, will definitely come back again!

Good concept, friends and I has a great time with their games (particularly Saboteur and Exploding Kitten). Could do with more service staff though; the food took some time to arrive and we're left waiting at the counter. Also, consider changing from plastic disposable cups to plastic durable, reusable ones.

games are ok, they shd improve on the decor and comfort level. Tables and chairs not so cozy. Food is also just crackers etc not as good
