The Mind Cafe - Board Games Cafe

This place is good to have friends gathered together for fun games. The store has several games to choose from. Although the store is always short of staff, some staff still spend their time to explain to us the rules of the games.

Plenty of games to choose from at a very affordable price. Only grouse is having no one to assist us with the games and hence a lot of time is waste reading the instructions.

plenty of games, good food, nice atmosphere, decent prices (better if you're a member), and all round good fun for friends and family. would definitely come back.

it's a messed up place. very noisy and the food tastes bad. definitely not recommended at all!!! very cramp w limited space to walk as well!!

Many games available. Some of the games are old and missing instructions which was a pity. I liked the camomile honey drink and the Apple pie w ice cream.

Always love the wide variety of games and great atmosphere. Place was crowded on a PH and service could have been better. However, no complains.

Overall it was a good experience. One quick feedback for improvement was that, we have made an early reservation for ten people. However, we were given tables that can accommodate 8 persons and we have to squeeze ourselves in. We were knocking into the other group behind us several times as well. So, something to work on based on the reservations planning. Thanks!

Great atmosphere for a great time with your friends. Food was great, just slightly on the expensive side. The games were plentiful, although it was mostly overused so that the quality was kinda bad but still playable for a cheap rate.

Cool place with wide variety of games. Price is not so cheap to be honest, esp after adding taxes. Haven't tried food and drinks yet

Need more staff to assist customer when they need help for games. Overall the cafe is cosy and good place to chill with friends or family.

It is fun playing a lot of different games. The staff knows the games well and able to explain to us in lay-man terms. This made the games fun for us.

It was a pleasant experience with the staff trying their best to attend to our needs. But it seems that they were shorthanded & some of the games were hogged by other customers for v long time. They do not have spare game of similar types.

Overall I had a good time with my friends there. The only downside is that when it's busy they don't really have sufficient staff to cover all their clients. However, the staff worked as quick as they could and always with a smile. The food served was decent though portions are not large. Would recommend this place as their range of games were sufficient to keep us entertained.

Easy and efficient, no complications with my reservation. 10/10 would recommend to everyone trying to go somewhere during peak periods. Great service thank you very much.

There's a variety of games and endless refill of snacks and drinks when you visit in the night. Had a really good time with my friends! Thumbs up!

It was a fun and fulfilling day spent at Minds cafe. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They introduced and taught us games when we were not sure of what to play.

too noisy; free flow of drink but only 1 toilet is not enough for all; hard to find games; ordering of drink is also too slow.

There were a lot more games available compared to the last time I was there and the games are very neatly organised on the shelves.

Better customer service like explaining the games to us will be better. Otherwise, its a good no frills experience for us at the cafe outlet

This place is very fun especially with a group of great friends. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Willing to teach and recommend good games.

During peak hours the popular games are picked and there are few games left inn bad condition. Games should be kept in a better condition and not mixed.

Alcohol, better for options are needed. I also feel the place is a bit expensive... Also the quality of board games is going bad. They need to complete the games and keep them in alphabetical order or something.

Pretty gd range of games and food is freshly prepared , could have maintain the conditions of the game sets since some were very old

The staff is friendly and approachable just that they have not enough manpower to serve us promptly. We waited one hour just to order our drinks.

Quite crowded on weekends. Bring along sweater if you are scared of cold. Service staffs are approachable to ask them for games recommendations. There are many games

As we are unable to find most of the instructions in the game box we look into the crews hopefully they will have knowledge on the games instructions, however they wouldnt be able to assist. Unlike last time, most crews are very knowledgable in their product. Service is good though, very friendly and patience staffs.

Most of the food in the Menu is not available. The board games are in working condition but I suggest they get new ones. The place is fine but it could be better with renovation.

The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Their service is very good as the staff will explain the rules of the game in detail when you are unsure!! Highly recommended! Will definitely drop by again!

Service was bad. Supposed to be free flow of chips but they ran out of chips. They offered to compensate with two plates of wedges. For 15 pax! No apologies. Not going back there again.

The place is amazing... But having no alcoholic drinks kind of destroys the fun... Also all the games are in a bad shape it took us more than 1 hour to find all the things we needed to get the game going.

Lovely place for a couple of hours with the kids. Very helpful staff. He took time to choose a game for my kids n explained the game clearly.

It would be helpful to know when some games are returned so that the next group can proceed to play. There should be a system for this.

Food was average, a bit pricey so not worth the value for its taste. Should bring more people to play games then it would be fun! Most of the games are meant for 3 or more people

Rundown place. Has the worst staff ever telling us that they're unable to teach us anything because they're "busy". Complete time waster. Don't even bother with this place. There are other way better board game cafes in Singapore.

Average experience. Nice place to spend some time on a sat night without blowing a hole in the pocket as they are opened till 7am. They were very busy though so use quandoo! Service was negligent so just go and play games so you don't need service.

Place is nice and cozy, not many people at the time me and my friends arrived. Food is good, service was quite fast. staff were helpful in assisting us with the games.

In my opinion, my overall experience has been great, except that the drinks needs to be improved greatly, it was really terrible, please do something about the coffee drinks, but no worries, ice water is still great. Thank you

The restaurant was a little smelly because of the food smell when walking up the stairs. Some of the board games have food smell as well. It was quite unpleasant to touch the board games.

Great and Chill place to hangout. But the place is bit cramp. Hope to upgrade to bigger vanue and location. Good service from the staff for reservation.

Its a very cool concept to eat and play games at the same time. Food were nice, however, the portion is a little small. Also, they probably need to have more staff. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! Will go over again 😊
