The staff was very understanding when four of our members couldn't come. Just a slight downside is that the place was rather noisy, and I understand that it's because of the crowd, but if it were possible to place some 'cushion' material to soften the walls, I think that the noise rebound would be lesser :)

Nice place with plenty of games. Some needs better maintenance. With the packages they have, it's quite an affordable place. Food could be better though.

The cafe is easily accesible and air-conditioned. It's also Muslim-friendly as the Bencoolen Mosque is a 5min walk away. However the tables are too close to each other and the menu isn't halal-certified.

It was a good experience. However as it was a weekend, it was pretty crowded and not enough staff were around. Nonetheless the service was good.

The food was awesome, the people who served us and taught us the games were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously! Thank you!

Smooth transaction, fuss free booking made without the need to make a phone call to reserve or risk an empty trip!! Minds cafe was fun and great!

It was very crowded but luckily through Quandoo, we had a table reserved for us. Everything was in perfect order, although serving of drinks could be done a little faster:) The games were fun.

The staffs do not know how to play many games. Service was poor. They said they do not know how to play the games and simply walked away. No help was given. Unlike in the past, the current batch of staffs lack passion and enthusiasm

Reserved for 4 and table given was so small. We had to place our drinks on the floor while playing. We ordered for the free flow snacks for 3 hrs. Some staff had no initiative and were reluctant to help us top up our snacks and drinks. In the end, we had to help ourselves. And when we did, the staff were unhappy with it and that we were taking too much. Since we have already ordered for free flow as published on their menu, why are we still being limited to a quantity? Also, we chose a game that we did not understand and asked for help from one of the staff. He dismissed us by saying that he did not know how to play the game too and that another staff that knew, was not working on that day. He left us as it is and we had to google to figure out how to play the game. Me and my friends were shocked at the service given to us. Understand that there is a crowd, but is it not common sense to increase your manpower during peak hours, especially on weekends? We were very much disappointed with our visit. Our bill totaled to $70 for 4 in 3hrs, this is quite pricey since most of their customers are student-aged.

A great place to relax and have fun as a couple or as a group... Good staff and services..The is a myriad of games tat hours could be spent there.

Great experience. Staff was friendly, attended to us friendly, and explained game rules to us patiently and properly. Food was good, prices were fairly reasonable. Would visit again.

Fun to play and chill. Great group bonding!! And being able to reserve gives assurance that you won't be disappointed. :) I've been going to mindcafe since 2009!!

The price is a bit expensive for a group of friends T^T . Maybe a group price will be great (eg $30 for 4h on weekends for 5 people :)

A place to chill out during midnight. Most impt BUDGET

Range of games but there were many that weren't functional due to missing pieces and thus couldn't be played. The food was ok. Affordable, at least.

Great place to hang out and have a fun evening with friends. The collection of games is really good and there is something for everyone. The food quality can be better though.

The staff was friendly and love the ambience of the cafe. Definitely will come again. I just thought that i felt it was the same if i were to book or not as when i come it felt more like a walk in

There were good deals and good service :) Love the variety of games and comfortable atmosphere. The food was great, but hopefully in the future the portion should be increased.

Went with a bunch of friends and we had a lot of fun! Played past midnight but it was still value for money ! Recommended

The collection of board games is awesome. They can improve a bit on the service. I guess due to peak time they were not able to serve everyone on time.

Was lots of fun, good selection of food, many interesting games with the staff even introducing games to us and explaining the rules to us when we weren't sure

There were any bigger tables to accommodate a big game like Dead Of Winter, place was extremely noisy. Still it provided my friends and I a place to play, however we didn't know that we weren't able to extend our time therefore we had to cut our game half way.

Got the little corner in the location. Away from the rest of the crowd. However, service could be better

Board games were old and torn. There was a rude staff that insulted our intelligence saying we won't understand the game. That was very unpleasant.

Great place for big groups. We got the private corner which had a minimum spend of $200. Food was surprisingly tasty - expect fried tasty finger food. The games were comprehensive - but maybe not so much for big groups of 10. The condition of the games could have been better. But it was an overall pleasant experience.

Friendly staff n pleasant ambience. Great selection of games to choose from. Like the vibrant decorations and conducive environment for friends n family to have fun.

Second visit within a week. Really like the friendly and helpful staff there. Good knowledge of various games and thus able to provide recommendations and guidance.

Prices increased (different from their menu) but they didn't update the menu. The female staff was very friendly and helpful whilst 1 male staff couldn't care less when we asked for help

maybe i went there when the cafe was kind of full. we have to figure out how to play the game ourselves as not all employee there knows all the game they have for us to play. I gave it a 4 as we still had fun there.

good variety of board games; had quite a lot of fun! :) food service was slow though and the small space made the noise from neighboring tables jarring and difficult to ignore.

Excellent place for late night games. The current promotions for late night gaming is excellent. Wish a little more options for tit bits/finger food but other wise an excellent experience.

The service was great. The staffs are helpful. And their game explainations were clear. We had a great time. Probably coming back to try out new games.

i booked the venue for my team building event.. We got a seperate area meant for groups of 15+.. Amazing experiece.. Definitely would recommed people to check out this place

There was lack of experience staffs. Staff should be more friendly and take the initiative to introduce games to people. There was lots of interesting games, but staffs only know a few easy board game.

plenty of games to choose from and staffs were friendly and explained the games to us very readily! Awesome place to chill and relax with friends.

Ambience was ok.. price reasonable.. Got a staff to recommend some games, which he did.. unfortunately he was not that patient and sort of rude making remarks like "if you dont know how to play this game u wont be able to play any other games".. repeatedly.. which was in itself a turnoff.. who would want to play a particular boardgame after someone make such remarks.. it just spoils the whole mood..

Understaffed but food service and attitude. Lots of food on menu not available and the cards needs replacing like missing pieces as well for games like Dixit

Value deal on a weekend, including free flow drinks and 4 hrs. could have done better by letting us play more hyper games as a warm up instead.

Friendly staff, interesting concept.. My hubby and I had a very gd time there. The set meals are totally worth it.. Though the iced latte I had was watery and tasteless... Better go for a hot drink next time I think. The chicken lasagna we had was too good... Bursting with flavours.. But the cheese baked rice was a huge let down as it had not salt at all. An awesome place to spend hours having fun.

The place was abit too noisy and table was abut small but overall it was good as there is very Fun games and friendly staffs

Since it was a weekday evening, the place was empty and the counter staffs were engaged in their own board game; which I think is good since it allows them to be acquainted with the games and can make better recommendation to other customers. However, service became poor. Infact, it was missing. We had to walk over to their table to place our food order, and when the kitchen 'ding' that the food was ready, the counter staff actually made a 'tsk' sound and shouted for his friend to hold the game. It just made us, paying customers, feel like we are interrupting his game. We had to ask for our cups so we can get our free-flow house pour. Other customers that walked in were merely pointed to an empty table, without the counter staff even standing up to address the customers. Pro: Good selection of games, including light party fun games as well as full board games (ie: Arkham horror).

My boyfriend and I went there at 8:30 and were told soon after that there were no more drinks beside ice lemon tea and maybe coke float. When we requested for help on how to play a few games, the waiter did not know any of the games. The aircon in the couch room was also spoiled. Lastly, there are way too little 2 player games.

Booked for 5 but when I wanted to call to add an additional person, their hotline directed me to make a booking instead. Would have given a rating of 6 but because of that I'm giving a 5. They gave me seats for 6 but I myself would want to avoid such last minute changes by calling and informing them. Nevertheless it was a great time there with a huge variety of board games, some sets are getting old so if it's changed soon it would be even better.

Lack of staff in the shop. We had to wait kind of long before a staff is available to assist us in regards to the games, and in ordering our Food & drinks.

The service was good and the staff are friendly. There werent a lot of customers that day when I visited so the staff kindly explain all the games and serve us drinks promptly.

Place was busy on a Sunday afternoon but staff work hard and are able to help explain game rules.

THIS IS SO MUCH FUN. I HAD THE BEST TIME EVER WITH MY FRIENDS. FOOD + GAMES = MAXIMUM SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT AND FUN. THIS IS A MUST TRY FOR ABSOLUTELY ANYONE
