Have always enjoyed eating at The Bistro. Local hawker dishes are always well cooked. The Western portion though needs improvement.

It was a Wednesday and the restaurant was al.ost full when my wife and I arrived for our lunch. We were seated at a scenic table by the window. We ordered satay, Hawaiian pizza and seafood beehoon. We did not have to wait long for the food. The food was delicious and we finished all of it. It cost us slightly over $50 (including gst).

The set lunch used to be $23 and was so much better some time back. Frankly it is now grossly overpriced and the food is un-exceptional, ie mediocre. It is NOT value for money compared to other clubs in the vicinity eg SRC, SCC.
