The National University of Singapore Society offers fantastic facilities, activities, amenities, and events for its graduate club members. Among them is The Bistro, a simply named eatery located in the impressive Suntec City Guild House in the Downtown Core’s Marina Centre. Suntec City, along Temasek Boulevard, once claimed to house the world’s largest fountain, before the Guinness Book of Records withdrew the biggest fountain category; but now at least it hosts The Bistro, where you can enjoy superlative seafood and a glass of wine or beer, whenever your heart desires.

Tuck into generous Western and Asian set lunches like you used to when you were young and yet to graduate at the National University of Singapore Society’s eatery The Bistro. Conveniently located in Suntec City along Temasek Boulevard, in the Marina Center area of the Downtown Core, this is a great spot for Singapore’s graduates to meet up for chit chat over tapas (available at the bar from 3pm Mondays to Fridays) or to bring their young families for a simple meal. Watch out for the ever-changing promotions!
The portions of local Singapore dishes are generous at Temasek Boulevard’s The Bistro, with specialties like Hokkien prawn mee, fried mee suah, Hainanese pork chops, and fish bee hoon soup all available at great prices. Guild members do of course get a discount, but members of the public can dine in NUSS’s Suntec City Guild House in the Marina Centre/Downtown Core area as well, as long as they respect the rules and refrain from wearing slippers or flip flops and adopt smart casual during the week – but don’t fret, you can relax a little on the weekends!
