Service was not bad. Food was good. If you happened to be seated at the left end inside corner of the restaurant, you will have a hard time catching the attention of service staff, like it happened to us.

Ordered the club special. Pretty good, but should not served lukewarm. A little more char would have made it perfect.

Over experience is still very good. The staff were very attentive and friendly. 2 of my guests ordered the 4 course May special and their main course was the beef. Unfortunately, they felt the beef was not really good. That is the only bad comment they had. Apart from that all was good.

I am on my local food trails this month in celebration of #hawkerculture and the Beef hor fun with black bean sauce for me and Fine Vermicelli with Pork leg suited our taste buds to the max, well done the Bistro at NUSS! Will be back for the other local delights soonest

the service staff was very courteous and they will advice you on the the waiting time when you ordered the food. We took the vegetarian fried rice, fried kway teow and fungi pizza. They came in piping hot and freshly prepared Kway teow was smooth, yet not too oily or wet or salty. If you need, you can always add $1 for additional portion. They were generous in accommodating to our request for more cheese and more topping (very courteous of staff to pre-empt that they might be additional charge. However, they did not). The pizza has a very thin and crispy base which is very good. My friend took the angus burger and the patty is of reasonable size and juicy. Thumbs up to the chef for the good food and the smiling and friendly service staff. Keep up the good job and you all have a great week. Cheers & regards - betty
