Supply & Demand - Esplanade

Service was lacking once restaurant is half full. Getting a service staff also becoming tough when that happens.

Had their carbonara classico and coconut mint drink. Nice place to chat at on a saturday lunch :)

Roof top reservation. The service not really that professional. Food just OK. Only nice view.

Reservation stated best view for seating of two, upon arrival, staff attend to us well. We proceed to the rooftop which was very dark and hot as no fan was allocated near us. The rooftop did not had any music to rise the atmosphere. The food was not hot as well. Overall, did not had a pleasant visit.

Food was very good, standards did not drop. What dropped was the service quality. Server was insistent I should not distribute out the wine glasses to my friends, when my glass is still right beside the server for him to pour the wine for first taste. Baffled. Drinks took 20mins to arrive on a half filled thursday night.

Dinner was great! Looking forward to dine again at the next opportunity..😊

Disappointed with the menu and standard of food. Probably my first and last visit. I will rather go to the outlet at Orchard Gateway - food and service is way better than Esplanade.

thought of getting a nice view by having a table on top but sadly it was raining heavily that evening. the food was pretty good but i personally prefer the ones at orchard central instead. would come back again for their tasting size of pasta :)

Overall was an average experience with some lapses in handling the entrances to the restaurant to ensure guests check temperatures and safeentry before entering the restaurant. Would prefer the Orchard outlet instead :)

Where do you get fine dining food at normal restaurant price? It’s amazing from the presentation, quality and taste of the food! The service is also fast and staffs are polite. The roof top also has an awesome view. Definitely recommend this place!

Food was good as usual. Service staff seemed a little short-handed on a Saturday night but they were still very friendly and attentive.

Ambience was good. We sat at the rooftop with great scenery. Food was not too bad. Service was ok but one of our dish arrived very late. Either it was forgotten or given away wrongly and had to redo again.

Air conditioning was down, it was humid. The kind service made up for it though. Food is good as usual.

Restaurant allowed people to speak and laugh loudly without mask! Terrible loud noise even in an open roof top area.

Staff are nice but not attentive as they seem severely understaffed when my friends and I visited. 1 staff acknowledged and said that she will get back to us a few times but never came back. Hence, we had trouble ordering. A pizza we ordered came "underdressed" in their words.. All in all, food is generally good but they may wish to increase staffing needs on Friday and Saturday nights? Thank you. :)

Service was great at the esplanade branch, Ms Jace was attentive to our needs, thumbs up! However air con wasn’t cold enough even for indoor especially when there were spotlights.
