Solo Ristorante Singapore is a wonderfully cosy Italian restaurant where the food is creative and the wine list is exceptional. It’s an intimate space on Amoy Street, not far from Telok Ayer MRT, both in terms of the atmosphere and the fact you’re able to sit at the counter and watch chef Florida Moro and her team prepare your food right in front of you. The Solo Ristorante menu is all about quality rather than quantity, so expect a short a la carte as well as a degustation menu featuring only the finest, freshest ingredients that change regularly. Solo Ristorante Singapore is an absolute little gem and we can’t recommend it enough. Reservations are essential.
