We made a last minute decision to go and the place was packed but the staff went out of their way to help accommodate all of us and gave us the warm reception which made it even better. Food and drinks were served promptly as we were starving and everything was executed perfectly.

Love the ambience, the friendliest staff ever and a great selection of Asian & Western cuisine in their menu.

It's definitely a very conducive environment for chilling among friends and loved ones, especially to celebrate a special occasion. The overall food and beverage costs are reasonable given the nice cosy atmosphere, accompanied by the live music.

We are seated near the stage and requested for change of table but the restaurant is full house. Food is good with live band entertainment on a Friday night.

They were prepared and ready for us. Service staff is shorthanded and they are very friendly. Several times orders are mixed up from other tables, but no biggies. Atmosphere is good and suitable even for family with kids. My kids, friends and family enjoyed our time there. Will definitely go back again.

We were there at 8.30pm on a Sunday so there's no crowd. However a few items we requested were all sold out. Quite disappointed. Luckily in the end, the othee items we ordered were well prepared.

This is my 2nd time visiting the restaurant. Food is good as usual. However, I think the service of the staff can be elevate further. I.e instead of asking "Are you done?", perhaps can put it across like " May I clear your plates?" Thanks.

I always like Saturday House, this is not my first visit, but last night I realise the portion getting smaller and Nacho Cheese was so much lesser. Hope they don't reduce their standard in such way.
