The service was alarmingly bad. Out of 12 main courses, one was served 1 hr after ordering. Following up with the server 6 times, and each time they didn't even bother to come back and update the status. They are not even remotely sorry about the long wait. Wished I could omit paying for the 10% service charge because there was almost 0 service.

Atmosphere was good, food was decently priced. The root beer float is great. The sides are good too. However the main are abit underwhelming. We ordered the chicken and pork and the meat was quite tough, if we’re to compare to Aston than Aston is way better.

The food was mid not really mind blowing. Fish and chip, fish not fresh and taste of mud. Grill squid was salty. White bee hoon was better. Service was not good. The servicers does give us a warm feel. Not very friendly.

We celebrated birthday for one of our friend with the 15 of us and the staff was kind enough to help setup a long table to sit us all. Great service and attention rendered!

We love the genre of music the live band played and they were very accommodating to the different song request. So we enjoyed our meals while listening to the live music and enjoying so much of it.

We made a last minute decision to go and the place was packed but the staff went out of their way to help accommodate all of us and gave us the warm reception which made it even better. Food and drinks were served promptly as we were starving and everything was executed perfectly.
